You have to check in exactly at 3 p.m. if you are early than expected you are not able to use the toilett or to stay at the reception and wait. If you have kids dont go to this place. I was a little bit disappointed on service as there were many rules and trick time tables (for arriving and breakfeast). Room was not cosy, but quite boring and not very sound-proof.
