Stayed at the Karnan again after a few years and actually believe that it's improved even more! Perhaps it's the competition from the Marina Plaza, but the services now offered in the "business rooms" are fantastic. It still hasn't lost its "family" feel and I can not recommend it highly enough. more

Have stayed at the Kärnan many times over the past 20 years and have always found it to be extremely welcoming. It's location is great, just across the road from the Knutpunkten with easy access to the main shopping areas of Helsingborg.
