Very clean, nicely decorated rooms and helpful staff. Close to the University, town and the excellent Vasterbotten Museum and the open air museum at Gammlia. Also good for walks along the river and around the forest-fringed lake to the east. Breakfast is also very good, better at weekends when the majority of residents, who are patients at the nearby Norrland Hospital, have gone.
Relative to other hotels we stayed in, especially the Hotell Lappland in nearby Lycksele, it was very pricey.
