Sorry to say, this hotel is just for emergency booking when everything else is sold out. My room was small and dirty, totally not acceptable when the price is equal to good hotels. The location is very good in the centre of Umeå, wifi worked well in my room and is included in the room price.

Breakfast is also included but it's a small breakfast room and I was not impressed with the selection. Staff seems to be tired and aphatic.

The reason may very well be that this hotel will change ownership in May. From Best Western to Clarion. I can only hope that the new management will shape this hotel better. more
