Hotel Kebne was an excellent choice for us for many reasons. Although it doesn't have a bar or a restaurant as such (though they can make arrangements for meals on a demand basis), primarily it is its location in Kiruna that is a winner. Furthermore, its cleanliness and Scandinavian simplicity are also to be commended. HOTEL The hotel is clean... more

I found about Hotel Kebne Through tripadvisor, and the comments were pretty good. the only thing i was very dissapointed about was that on the hotel website only the weekend rate was given , and not the weekday rate. and I thought that a Sunday was a weekend day which they said was not. so the price was double price... more

Very friendly staff, who helped me with all my questions and requests. Very standard room. The breakfast was very nice! I would have wished for some more towels and such, but that is really my only complaint. We stayed in the annex, the building right next door, which didn't really provide any inconveniences or anything like that. A short walk... more

Liked the stay here. No extra bits, but neat n clean room. Receptionist/s help when asked for and speak nicely. Price quoted in tripadvisor is very low compared to what they charge!!! but their weekend packages are good. room was warm inside when temperatures were few tenners below zero. Emails were promptly replied by the hotel for booking. I went... more

I stayed in this hotel for three nights as part of a tour. From the outside, it is nothing special to look at. Inside, it does the job. It is clean and functional. Our room's shower room was small but not too cramped. However, there was little by way of toiletries - only one bottle of liquid hand soap. The... more

We stayed as part of a (small) tour group and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. The rooms are on the small side but look recently refurbished (the bathrooms - shower only, are slightly older, but in good condition). In a place which is frankly very cold, cosy should not be an issue! The hotel is... more

The room itself is small, with adequate organizational space. What made this place a gem is the breakfast! Although not a huge b-fast person myself, I was amazed by the 3 serving areas, with everything from salmon to do-it-yourself waffels (no syrup though). A great stop pre or post aventure to the Ice Hotel. more

There is nothing spectacular about this hotel but it is in a good location and the rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. The staff was generally friendly. Although we were confused about dinner - upon arrival we were told dinner was from 18hr, and a sign in the lobby said 18:30 on the weekdays. At 19hr we attempted to... more

Hotel Kebne was a great little hotel with good friendly service, sauna and a fantastic breakfast included in the stay. We spent one night here, then did the Ice Hotel and came back for the last night. The location is great, only 5 min walk from the town centre. I would highly recommend staying here! more
