I only stayed at this hotel for 1 night as I was on my way further north in the country. As it was low season it was pretty quiet with not many guests booked in. The room was a great size, clean and warm, well presented. Really nice communal lounge area with free hot drinks. The staff were helpful. You... More

Stayed at the Arctic Eden on 2 separate nights while hiking the Kungsleden and I was compelled to write a review based on the excellent experience both times. The property is located pretty close to the city center, has a couple of restaurants and is managed extremely well. The rooms are clean and the old schoolhouse it's located in gives... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights as part of a luxury, weekend package to see the Northern Lights. Never stayed anywhere like it. It was very relaxing, luxurious. Fur throws everywhere, fab artwork, a feast for the eyes really. The room was comfy. As we were on an adventure holiday, we only stayed in the room long enough... More

The bedroom was a bit dour, but the shower was amazing! A reasonable breakfast, but it was next door so we had to walk through the snow to get there. Reasonably central but in snowy weather it might still feel a bit of a trek to get to the Tourist information centre and what passes as a town centre. Friendly... More

The hotel is centrally located, has free wifi, pool and gym. The lobby has free coffee/tea and two computers for free use. Rooms are simply furnished, there is a TV, but few channels, and an annoying blue small lamp on it. It's clean and the beds are comfortable, but no rooms have securitybox. To get to the restaurant where buffet... More

Staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early, which was great because we were freezing! Rooms are spacious and simple, with a lovely shower and additional seating. Couldn't open any windows, so was a little stuffy inside. Lounge area was very comfy, nice place to sit if traveling with a group. Free tea, coffee and biscuits and... More

The accommodation at the Arctic Eden is comfortable, warm and clean. The hotel staff were very helpful. I'd agree that the hotel is not beautiful from the outside, but the style is quite normal for the town, unless maybe you booked in a B&B in a small house. The breakfast was great, in the building next door, and we used... More

Part of a four night Northern lights package. Given the outside temperatures in excess of minus 30c our room was tolerably warm, although the hotel lounge did feel cool if sitting for any length of time. That's probably why tea and coffee was available on tap. What contributed to the lack of character is that the building doesn't seem to... More

Stayed here for 1 night. Room is pretty basic, but the beds are very comfortable and the room is cosy warm. Nice shower with music. Tea and coffee free downstairs. Lovely breakfast including hot food as well as cold buffet. Ate in the restaurant in the evening. Lovely food but [as with everything in Sweden] it is expensive compared with... More

Its an ok. establishment with a luck of character. The room is spacious and the breakfast is good. Maria who was cleaning our room was very sweet and made a difference. I think the price was high for the what you get. They need more people in service
