This 19th century hotel is the former city theater and has a lot of charm, the breakfast room specially. But... avoid the basement rooms that have no windows, and the room we had on the second floor was rather basic, with a large tear on the upholstering of the chair. But still the charm is undeniable.

On a budget, but this place was fab. If you're counting the pennies, ask for one of the budget rooms in the basement. Granted there are no windows to the outside, but for the price available, it's as good as you'll get anywhere. Breakfast and staff were great as well
