They have a free parking for guests. The hotel is located near the central part of the city. The hotel itself looks like an old british colonial building. The workers in this hotel are cold and unfriendly. They make you feel unwelcome. Breakfast is average. a lot of noise from the cars passing by.

Quiet hotel, but some noise in between the rooms. Good location in Østersund. Standard scandinavian breakfast selection (good). Not convinced of the accuracy of the cleaning, found gum and paper under the bed (from previous guests). Helpfull personell at the front desk. Free parking Free Wifi

Spent just one night in this hotel housed in an old theater. The charm and character of the building made up for the small room and awkward electrical switch placements. It was the staff that really made this place stand out. They had the breakfast buffet ready 45 minutes early just to accomodate our early departure. They also assisted with... More

This was an old building in central Östersund. Due to a music festival all that was left was a room in the basement. It was OK, but we missed light and fresh air (no AC). Othersise the standard of the room was good, and bed was comfortable. Excellent wi-fi. Breakfast was good, but missed juice.

Very well placed in the centre of town, near to shops and station, and a short walk to the lakefront. The building has an interesting history, built at the end of the 19thC as a theatre by the "goodfellows" order; it still has a working auditorium which our party used for dinner. The rooms are, not surprisingly, old fashioned and... More

Nice hotel located in adapted old theatre building. This hotel is just in the centre of Ostersund, 200m from main street. Unfortunately, rooms are really small and heating system with noisy ventilation.

The hotel is in the centre of the city and close to shops and restaurants. We reached late in the evening and there was light snowing. We checked in quickly and went to bed. The rooms are smallish, but bed was comfortable. A search for an electrical adapter for Indian appliances proved futile. The breakfast buffet spread was good. There... More

Great location in the center of town. Easy walk to shops and restaurant. Room was small but clean and staff was very nice and helpful. Great breakfast in the morning. Was there for three nights. Room was very very small but warm enough and I was on my own. No frills but very clean and perfect for my needs. Also... More

As its name suggests, this is a charming old theatre that has been converted to a hotel. The dining room is the former auditorium in which a few tables sit rather forlornly. My room on the second floor was reached via twisting corridors which felt a bit drab. It was quite small but useable, including the shower if one went... More
