We stayed at Karolinen hotell for 3 nights for a short trip skiing in Are. I liked the hotel decor, it is simple and homely which makes it very welcoming, the hotel manager is very helpful and the staff is lovely. Had a great stay here with Peter showing us the ropes of the town. Don't miss the "hot rock" dinner here its fantastic. We had access to their computer with internet 24/7 included in our rate and breakfast every morning was a nice touch. Great area to visit and bond with the locals. We were here for a ski contest...
