Nice cottage--comfortable with a great setting. Hands on feeding of the farm animals and wonderful hostess. Two baby lambs made the experience extra special. A little surprised to make our own breakfast within our little cottage but nice in its own way. Clean and spacious. Washing machine to do laundry was a bonus! 15 minutes from downtown Rotorua.

Broekhaven Cottage is in a beautiful location close to Rotorua but away from the touristy centre. Cottage is clean and well appointed. Debbie and Ed make you very welcome and provide useful advice on things to do. Debbie's bread, croissants and pastries are superb.
