Extremely rude reservations guy shouted at me on phone demanding to know exact arrival time as he wanted to go out shopping and did not want to wait around to hand out key. Husband surprised me with four poster room. Room very dated but clean. Very old furniture miss matched. Bed out of the ark and held together with plywood, needed a step ladder to climb up into it. Shower over bath needed s good descale as it was a dribble. Toiletries supplied Sea view and good location. Pleasant staff.

Well it did nt start very well, arriving and then trying to park at least within 1/2 mile of the hotel. The manager wasn't on site so they couldn't find a parking pass. Stayed here for 2 nights. Room was quite dated and quite few stains here and there, the bed was comfortable and slept well, view from room of brick wall bit disappointing. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The accommodation is worn out and in need of upgrade. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is in a good location, near to the sea front and about the same distance from the high street.

Rooms a fair size with a decent bathroom. Friendly owner. In a convenient location. No actual hotel parking available but there are permits available to buy from hotel reception at a reasonable £10 per day.
