We just stayed here last night in a private double room, which wasn't bad but not worth the price. It is centrally located and nice staff but that's about it. The bunk beds we got were horrible, we barely fit in the room with our bags on, random people can come up to the rooms from the bar and the... More

FIRST Time staying in a hostel and it was a wonderful experience. I was most afraid of filthy bathrooms, thieves, etc. and i can honestly say this hostel exceeded my expectations. The bathrooms were in pristine condition the 3 times I used them to shower. I did time it so that I used the shower mid day when most people... More

I only stayed one night in Copenhagen, but this place made me want to stay longer! The staff are nice, the free dinner is great, more than enough to eat and good food (but go early, it can be hard to get a seat!), and the coffee and the beer are both pretty reasonable, which is saying something in Scandinavia.... Very VERY few bathrooms. I was on the first floor and there were 3 showers and 3 toilets for the entire floor. There were 18 rooms on the floor, and each room had who knows how many people inside. Bathrooms were always dirty and smelled awful. Even right after the bathrooms were cleaned, they still wreaked of stagnant water. The... More

The hostel and its staff were very good. They served the beers in full glasses and the pizaa wasn't bad either. Clean rooms, great atmosphere in tha bar and that bar is open to anyone from Kopenhagen so it's a good place to meet people, AND if you stay you get a nice discount on drinks and did i mention... Stayed here with a few friends as we were making our way around Northern Europe. Great location, staff were brilliant, huge fan of the breakie (about 4 euros), rooms pretty good, free dinner (if you're quick enough) and good wifi only in common room (great idea). Probably not enough bathrooms/showers for the hostel, but didn't have too much a problem... More

Great central location. Clean, affordable for Copenhagen and decent dorms. The kitchen is too small for the amount of people, some beds have their own lights some do not (at least in the ten-bed dorm I was in), The WiFi was almost non-existent for a couple of days. On the final day it was near perfect. This hostel seems to... More

Overall it is a good hostel, a good environment for a reasonable price. Noisy at night and not the best cleaning though. Nothing that wouldn't make me stay again in case it is the lower price of the market.

Northern European hostels are among the best in the world; and this one is no exeption. It is an excellent location; in Copenhagen's cultural street shopping district and in walking distance to the legendary Tivoli Gardens. Again, however, I can't get passed the steep prices for Scandinavian hostels. So I can't bring myself to give a 5 star rating.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a private room with a bunk. The room was pretty small but had everything you needed. The bathroom was tiny too but great shower so no complaints. Really cool bar/cafe on the ground floor and always busy. We only had drinks there but food looked pretty good. The hostel is in a great... More
