We spent 1 night here in Oct 2014. We arrived at 7 in the morning, so tired after spending all night on the train, and we were really appreciate that the staff at the reception let us check-in the room right away without any extra fee, so we can get a little nap before going out and exploring Copenhagen for... Everything was great about this hostel, it was clean, tidy, staff was nice and it was really close to the city center. The only bad thing about it was that we had to pay for our linen and it wasnt that cheap when you think of the room prices. When you travel with a ''tight'' budget the last thing you... More

After my business I wanted to spend an extra day in Copenhagen on a tight budget so I exchanged the relative luxury of a hotel and checked into Danhostel. It's convenient location and affordable accommodation was just perfect. Slept in a shared room on the upper floors with a view. Bathrooms were clean and staff kept the public spaces Spartan.... More

fresh rooms with urban view on the 16th floor. A lot of space in the rooms and lockers enough for everyone. The beds are standard sized with heavenly mattresses! However they did not clean the bathroom and the floors during my two days. In a 6 bedded dorm it would be nice to at least removed dirty bed linen from... More

We stayed there on May 2013. Young personnel treat us excelent like in hotel of 5 starts. I had health problem in my leg and they help me in all that i needed. The situation is the best very close to Tivoli and everything. We stayed in 8 person room and it was ok. Cleaneless very good. We had lockers... More

Really modern and fresh for the price you pay. Great if you are a bunch of friends who can share a room! Nice staff who were helpfull. Very central with a walking distance to most places. If youre lucky you can get a room with a great view on the higher floors.

It was a perfect choice for a larger family. Plenty of room with minimum style (six beds, two bunk beds and one about queen sized bed), relatively inexpensive and clean. Spectacular view to Tivoli and city centre. Noisy it was, it was too easy to hear our next door neighbors arriving in the middle of the night. Breakfast was ok,... More

We stayed here three nights on our four-city Scandinavian holiday. After staying at the Anker Hostel in Copenhagen this hostel was much better. It is huge, so check-in can take a while but if you arrive before 2pm you can store your luggage for free (on checkout it cost DK20 per person). The cafeteria/lounge in front of reception is quite... The largest hostel in Europe, staffed by cheerful young staff. Not far from the Central Station and generally well situated for the old city sights. Also by the free harbour swimming pools and sunbathing areas. The rooms were pleasantly if minimally furnished and clean. Bed linen and towels are available to rent. We were a couple but the 4 person... More

A group of 4 of us needed a quick place to stay for the night. Seeing we would be exploring the city (and enjoying the excellent nightlife) we decided a simple and clean bed for the night would do. DanHostel provided us with all that at a reasonable price. The hotel rooms were secure and the bathroom excellent. It all... More
