Location is good and our room is very nice - we are at the Euorpahuset Apartments which are part of this hostel. But other than that, not much to shout about. No soap or other amenities, basic maid service, frenetic lobby (it is fundamentally a hostel of course). But our apartment is on the 17th floor, very large (at least... More

We stayed here for one night. It was fine, clean rooms but no soap of any kind(including handwash!) The beds are not so comfortable, and the breakfast was dissapointing. But its a decent place to sleep, very good location and not to pricy.

Nice hostel in the center of Copenhagen, quite cheap for the city. The rooms were clean and modern and the staff friendly and helpful. However, do not expect the typical "hostel experience", this was more a classic hotel with lot of families, couples and so.

This enormous hostel with 1040 rooms is the biggest one in Europe. This makes it a little impersonal. The rooms are divided over 18 floors, mine was at the 14th with some spectacular views. This is not a normal hostel with common room, kitchen or fridge. Also breakfast is complicated. Watch out, because linnen and towel wil go for an... More

Great location, great views and comfy beds. The dorm rooms are plenty big enough and safely locked (your key card only lets you onto the floor your room is on too) with clean bathrooms attached to each dorm but the hostel, being a huge tower block, lacks that cool hostel community vibe that you can get in other hostels. We... More

As they tell you on the sign out front, it's the "largest hostel in Europe," which is a fun fact! We stayed in a private room with four beds and an en suite bathroom (plus a view of the canal), and the quiet 13th floor hallway we were on felt like it could have been a hotel. The room was,... More

I made a reservation through their website. I knew that they are a part of the chain and the membership card holders have a discount. I made a normal reservation without stating, providing or verifying the card despite the fact I received a discount which I found out upon arrival. Anyway I paid 100% of the total amount so I... There is hidden charges in everything including bed sheets, breakfast, hair dryer. Pretty basic hostel located near the city centre. Internet didn't work in the dorms. The dorms are unisex even though we requested for a female dorm. The lifts are pretty small and sometimes the card to access to floor doesn't work. It is pretty expensive for the quality... More
