I was very apprehensive about visiting this hotel after reading some of the trip advisor reviews. What a lovely surprise to find we had an immaculate room, very stylishly decorated. After one night we had to be moved (due to a mix up) and were given a junior suite which was extremely comfortable. The breakfasts were very good indeed -... More

Me and my husband stayed here for three nights last week. There are good things and not so good things: Good - excellent location close to the train station. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean and well equipped. The wifi was good and strong. It was quite a homely hotel, most of the staff were helpful... More

We spent three days at this hotel, the first two we had a room facing the street and it was extremely noisy. The third night we had a room facing the courtyard and the room was larger and much quieter. The staff was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. It is 2 blocks from the Central Station, 3 blocks... More

This hotel is very close to central station and a very easy walk to many attractions such as Tivoli Gardens. The rooms are basic but still quite nice. Large bathroom, windows that open to provide ventilation and comfortable beds. Breakfast was included downstairs and was quite good as well. Friendly staff, would stay again.

My five stars are based on what the hotel promises and what it delivers. We have returned today from a week staying in the annex with a toddler. Our room was spacious and clean (room 310 a triple) quiet with good wifi and the breakfasts set us up for the day. Staff are helpful, everyone speaks English and there is... More

We spent three nights here in the "Annex" section while traveling through Scandinavia. I'd describe the setup as something between a hotel and a hostel - a private bedroom with TV, desk, mirror and sink, but shared toilets and showers. If you're used to hostels it'll seem luxurious, but if you can't do shared facilities, I'd stay away from the... More

Being close to the main station the hotel was in a good location as we were traveling by train. First impression of hotel room was the "old" and dusty smell. With the windows open during the whole time of our stay it became bearable but the noise level was also quite high so that sleeping became difficult. The hotel staff... More

So for the location, umm, those ladies standing outside on the corner, across the street from the hotel... Are those what I think they are? :x And is that a sex shop? The location is fine, but we arrived at night, so seeing all those girls at the corner was shocking. I'm sorry. I could be wrong, and if I... More

We are a retired couple and adult daughter. We were put into a room with 2 small single head to head beds and bunks. My feet hung over the bottom as did my husband's. The carpet was filthy and the bathroom smelt of a public urinal. The bed sheets were stained. The room overlooked a noisy street with prostitutes and... More
