After changing apartments 3 times, as 2 were unacceptably dirty and strangely smelly; no blackout blinds in any room and a live rock venue opposite hotel affecting all, plus an all night rave in penthouse above us and then a theft from our apartment: Incredulous management and staff, we cannot recommend Ascot. Sadly, we had never heard of "trip advisor"... More

We spent a happy week in apartment 722, which was on what Europeans call the second floor, North Americans the third. We were grateful not to be dependent upon what must be a contender for the title of world's smallest elevator. Our unit was at the back of the building, which was great as we heard no street noise at... More

We had a great experience. The front desk staff were fabulous! They were prompt, knowledgeable and very courteous. Special call out to Daniel, Susanne and Camilla for their upbeat attitude and local knowledge. The apartments are large by European standards, clean and well appointed. We also loved the breakfast buffet and the Gym.

The location couldn't be better, close to central station, tivoli and with a train station across the road that takes u anywhere!! Great price!!! Will be my place to stay when in Copenhagen from now on!!! Def recommend it !

This will not be true for everyone but we hate cigarette smoke. We can get past that, as an evening in a fabulous blues club in New Orleans demonstrates. But the smell of old smoke in furnishings produces an unconscious inescapable effect of dinginess and drabness. This was the case in our "penthouse" apartment. The objective state of the interior... A ten minute walk from the central train station and some convenient grocery stores and restaurants around. Charged for wifi!! Got only 1 hr free and u had to use it as soon as you activisted it. Had our 10 month old son with us and it was difficult with the stairs - even though there was a lift. There... More

I've found that travelling with a 14 month old boy changes your priorities. We were spending a couple of days in Copenhagen and wanted somewhere that was spacious, affordable and central and the Ascot apartments delivered on these. The apartment was quite spacious, although the bedroom was quite small but we managed to fit in our travel cot and the... More

The location of these apartments are great. Everything within a few minutes walk; Train station (Hovedbanegård), groceries, restaurants, Tivoli, Rådhusplassen, Strøget etc. The apartment was nice. Separate bath and toilet, kitchen corner and separate bed room with an extra bed in the livlig room. We had an apartment on the 4th floor. This can be complicated if you are travelling... More

We planned to stay here for six nights, but cut our reservation short. The location was superb. Everything (Tivoli, restaurants, movies, grocery stores, central station, the list goes on and on) was conveniently close by. The apartment itself was a huge disappointment! The furniture is old and outdated. Do not judge this place by the way it looks on their... More

My husband and I had our daughter with us for this weekend and found the apartment ideal for what we wanted. The apartment was well appointed with a full kitchen and you were supplied with all you would need to cook a 3 course meal. There was lots of room and the separate toilet was a good idea. We were...
