I think that this hotel is very nice, it was clean enough and in a good location. The Breakfast was excellent. I do think the price was a bit high for what we received but I'm not complaining. its Average

Very good and clean hotel. Great bicycles for rent and good people at the reception desk. Hotel is in the center of the city, so it is very easy to reach any point of it. The price for the room is not chip but it's worth it.

The room is pretty small, very old looking and it is really old. The restaurant at night is closed. Breakfast is not bad but it is small. It is in a very good location and if it is remodeled it could be very good.

I'll start with a few positives ,FEW being the operative word. Clean spacious reception area.Staff helpful.Breakfast good.Very close to all ammenities. This hotel was unfortunately our first impression of Copenhaven. The lobby was dingy and dirty, the elevator was the size of a shoebox, the room small, dirty, unattractive and had no air conditioning and the bathroom was the worst of all...so unbelievably small and no definition between the shower and the bathroom floor. There was a drain in the floor... More

We stayed just one night, with no air conditioning on à warm night in Copenhagen it was enough. The shower was out of the ark with clumsy controls. Once you fathomed it out the result was à trickle of water, very frustrating they do provide shower gel shampoo and body lotion. The bed was comfortable and clean.Breakfast was.adequate nothing special. The apple... More

I read mixed reviews of this property but decided to book anyway as the location was perfect and the price was right (I paid about £150 for 2 nights over the last weekend in June this year. I paid a little extra for a "city view" room and I was on the top floor with a shared balcony and stunning... More

Stayed there for three nights (2 adults, 2 children). Staff was really helpful. The hotel itself is a little too worn-out, really needs some updating. I don´t consider myself very picky, but I think that in present condition three stars is a little bit too much. I knew that there is no air condition, but it still surprised me how... More

The Richmond Hotel was a very close walk to Tivoli Gardens in the night for us. When we reached Copenhagen it was very hot. It was hotter than Mumbai so you can imagine when we found that this Hotel has no airconditioning. Only a small fan was kept in all rooms. Luckily my room had a balcony so I could... More

The Richmond Hotel is situated not too far from Orstedsparken, Copenhagen's town hall and its shopping streets: you can get to all of them in less than 10 minutes walking. Moreover, famous Nyhavn can be reached in about half an hour on foot, as well. So far, so good. About the hotel itself I am a little less positive: the... More
