Stayed here since we book the hotels conference facilities for 2 days. Odd location - Almost everything lives up to Scandic standard. Onthis worth to mention is that it is percived odd that on breakast table you have also to find everything (plates, cutlery, cups) at the buffet, not only the food and drinks ! -- Would recommend if location... more

Stayed here during a business trip. The hotel is as others said: oddly located- in a shopping mall in a suburb, but there are several little restaurants arnd. Mainly clean, if run down (a few holes in sheets, dingy bath, scuffed-up floors, etc...) Staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was impressive. All in all probably the best option for Lyngby,... more

I stayed in Scandic in Aug 09 for business. Hotel really looks nice, rooms are comfortable, stuff was very nice. The only problem is that rooms are too noisy I could hear people slamming doors, walking in the room above me etc. They only offer a limited number of towels and soap. However these tiny problems are not a big... more

Not an impressive hotel by any means, but it is also not a depressing hotel. Staff were more than courteous. Both bathroom and main room were clean, yet the bathroom was a little on the “worn” side. Nothing major, but minor details go a long way. Also, not enough towels. Personally I enjoy using several towels in my cleansing, shaving... more

I've stayed for 3 nights, in consecutive weeks. The rooms have - as earlier mentioned wooden floors, and it's sooo loud. Every morning from around 6am on weekdays, you will be able to hear your neighbours getting up one after the other. At one point I was even unlucky enough to sleep next to a woman wearing heels (what is... more

I travel to Denmark 2-3 times a year, and am always looking for a bargain hotel where I can spend 2 weeks and be comfortable. The eremitage certainly fits that requirement. Most of the reviews of this place complain of it being tired and dated. And, to a small degree it is. Yes, the outside could use a new coat... more

We stayed at the Scandic Eremitage for three nights because it was a short walk to our friends home and made our visit with them easier - and besides that - they booked it for us. The hotel is quite tired looking. The outside of the hotel could really use some paint or a good cleaning with a pressure hose.... more

I have been travelling a lot in my profession and I have seen some really nasty things during my military service. But I need to say that this is one of the filthiest hotels that I have ever visited. Despites it’s a fairly modern hotel one could wonder if they have ever been cleaning the rooms. Especially the bathroom was... more

The hotel was very stylish and everything looks spanking new! I went with my boyfriend and we both really enjoyed it! There is loads of shopping and is close to centrum. Wicked! more
