Great position to see Copenhagen by walking. We had lovely weather for 3 days and also did the sedgwey tour which was amazing. People need to realize they are in Europe and hotels are different in every country I agree this is not a five star hotel by Aussie standards I know it is five star prices but so is... More

On the up side, our room was very nice with a private terrace. On the down side, there was no facial tissue in the room, and the bath tissue was VERY rough given the high price of the room. When we arrived on a Saturday, the carpets in the hotel were very dirty and the hallways had an unpleasant odor. Finally,on... More

We stayed here for 5 nights in July. I understand it is always well patronised because quite honestly (apart from the Nimb) there is not a great deal of choice in Copenhagen hotels if you want a bit of hip and 5*. This is a 'designer hotel' but oh dear - it just isn't really happening! The good bits are... More

My husband and I stayed at the St. Petri for one night following a Baltic cruise; it should have occurred to me that, since the cruise line arranged the booking, there might be one or two other people doing the same thing. We disembarked the ship at about 10:00 AM and went to the hotel, assuming that even though we... More

having heard a lot about this hotel i decided to finally check it our. Usually i like modern and luxurious hotels. arrival was fine, the location is excellent and the staff throughout remained friendly but the rooms fet like an expensive Holiday Inn and the bathrooms are terrible and need some serious serious attention. The shower doesnt even have curtains.... More

This is a great hotel. The room itself was just ok - simple and clean - but the friendly service, central location, and breakfast (the most delicious bacon, fruit, etc) were all above average. The hotel Bar Rouge has really good cocktails as does the bar outside to the left of the hotel on the same block. Great stay in... More

Stayed here in April for attending an official party at the hotel. 999 DKK for a double room, entry to the party for two and brunch for two the next day! Nice and tidy room with a nice view of the city life below. Kind and helpful staff. Had a great three course dinner in the evening. Service was excellent... More

Return visit to the hotel restaurants. Ate in both Brasserie, very good, and Cafe with brilliant new Nordic Menu. Really enjoyed food and good service. Thanks.

Let's talk about the good things first. The room was greate! I got a large room with both shower and bathtub! The beds were superb! The breakfast was even better! BUT! Ordering at Firsthotels.com didn't work. Tried to call. First the Norwegian callcenter. They forwarded me to the hotel, witch again put me to a telephone cue. I gave up... More
