First to say hotel is very centrally placed in Copenhagen, and that is also reflected in price. If you are interested in walking around this is good place to be. It is modern designed place and have reasonable standard. Only, rooms are small and there is traffic under the windows.I have stayed in upgraded room ( asked if I wish... More

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, during a business trip in November. Room was facing the street: more than noisy ! This hotel only had single glazed windows, which were far from being are-tight, and giving on a street where I could hear everything from the flow of cars to the songs of drunk people. Even without noise,... More

I stayed at The Square on a Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised. The location was perfect, it's as near as you can get to Tivoli Gardens and just a few minutes walk to the main shopping area. Despite being on the first floor I didn't hear any noise from outside and had a perfect nights sleep. The breakfast was... More

we stayed 2 nights here and unfortunately was given a room on the 1st floor facing the side street, which proved noisy into the late hours. room was fine but compact. mattress was way too soft and could have been firmer- I woke up with a slight backache each morning. there also a strong antiseptic like odour from the lobby... We stayed here on a long weekend in Copenhagen. It is ideally situated near the railway station, Tivoli Gardens and the busy town centre. Room was small but clean and tidy with all modern appliances and free wi-fi. Breakfast is extremely busy so go early to avoid a wait The main shopping precinct was only a 5 minute stroll across... stayed one night and got a room on first floor. Very small room, bed felt as worn out long time ago - very soft - and unpleasant. Very poor ventilation and with high temperature, even in November. Hence, sleep quality was lousy... Apart from this, all other stuff was OK. But as my main objective was a good night sleep,... More

I booked this hotel not only because of the location, but also because I was traveling with two friends and we were all going to be sharing a room. The room was clean and well organized for three to share. Very comfortable beds, but most importantly, it was an excellent location with a very helpful front desk staff. They advised us... More

I stayed here on a long weekend in Copenhagen. It is very conveniently situated near the railway station, Tivoli and the centre of town, where there are lots of attractions near by and plenty of places to eat. Room was clean and the beds very comfortable and it good repair. The staff at the reception were very helpful on arrival... More

Very bad service in the front desk. Rooms are small, unclean and to hot (in November!). Breakfast was crowded. I had to stay in line for 10 minutes just to get in to the breakfast room. Avoid this hotel.

This is hotel is extremely conveniently located close to Tivoli and Stroget. Once you enter the ample reception area you are professionally greeted and checked in by the friendly staff. The rooms are a bit on the small side with very bascic bathrooms but all in all ok. The beds however are extremely soft, we thought we got a waterbed... More
