A bit outside the center of Copenhagen, but also a cheaper for this reason. Sydhavn S-tog station is just a 5 minute walk and from there it's another 5 mins to the center. Good rooms, nice service, fine breakfast. Tip : when traveling with children, just take a taxi from the airport, takes about 10 minutes for 190DKK.

Been here for about two weeks. This place has been advertised as 4 stars, but you gonna get 2 or 3 star level of service at most. The buffet breakfast is an absolute joke. Very limited options and they can't even make scrambled egg. The room itself wasn't that bad. However, it's funny that it doesn't have a minibar and... More

Booked in on a overnight business trip, reception staff were exceptional and was given my key card in minutes, The room was clean and quiet with good black out blinds allowing complete darkness when needed. The usual two single beds together would have liked larger pillows but they were Comfortable. The bathroom consisted of a wet room with a toilet... More

The hotel was better than we hoped (previous reviews had been rather negative). The staff were very helpful and we received complimentary chocolates and an upgrade when we mentioned problems with air conditioning in the first room. Our upgraded SuperiorExtra was a fifth floor "mini suite" and had lovely views of the city. As our stay was over the Christmas... More

It is the dirtiest hotel the eight of us have ever stayed in! We had room 232, the floor was covered with dust and hair, It looks like it hasn't been cleaned for ages (see photo) and on the mattress there were hair and snots!! The same thing about dirt the floor, mentioned our friends from room 230. Having mentioned... More

We were for a familiy trip over weekend in Kopenhagen. The hotel is located near the Sydhavn train station and very good for city travel and site seeing. The family room was in gerenal ok but a bit older. Breakfast and restaurant is nothing special, but also ok. However as intensive Scandic hotel guest I rate this hotel lower than... More

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighborhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
