I had a travel emergency in Copenhagen (wallet stolen) and I had to make contact with someone in the States to set me up with a place to stay for a few days. My room was VERY pleasant. It had high ceilings and was quite large and very naturally bright during the day. There was a double bed but here's... More

After reading other Trip Advisor reviews, I went into this stay with reasonable expectations. It's fine to share bath and shower facilities and to handle stairs. OK, that said... here's the story. The hotel is in a decent area, pretty close to the Metro and S-tog station "Norreport", which allows you quick access to the airport (by Metro) and downtown... More

You need to approach staying at the Windsor with the knowledge that the bathrooms are shared, and that it is not a luxury hotel. Armed with this knowledge, we had a great stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The modest breakfast suited our needs. The room was spacious enough and I liked that even though it did not... More

I recently stayed at this place and I still don’t know how to value it. It is true that for Copenhagen standards, the price they offer is very interesting. In my case I booked a single room which was small (ca. 3.5x2.5 m) but spacious and pleasant enough for 1 person. I liked the view out of the window to... More

location superb, a shot away from the metro and train station (whether you're travelling locally or to sweden). short stroll away from all the major sights and the old town centre. conveniently located 7/11 right around the corner if you get hungry after 6pm when most of the shops close ( boo copenhagen!), also a hot dog place very close... Good solution for a young couple searching for a bed & breakfast in the city centre without spending too much!! Gay friendly as well as almost every place in Copenhagen. pros: price, position, breakfast (buffet with marmelades and chocolate, milk, the, hot slices of bread, biscuits, orange juice), silence, staff politeness, comfortable bed, wi-fi connection free (hard to find in... My friend and I were in Copenhagen for one night after our Royal Caribbean cruise. All the hotels in the city were extremely expensive (300 plus) and we found this hotel for a reasonable price. We were a bit scared by the shared bathroom and shower idea, but it ended up not being a bother at all. The room was... More

I booked the hotel on the basis of price as Copenhagen is generally a ridiculously expensive place and then read the reviews here, hence I was not looking forward to the experience but actually everything was fine. The rooms are not design masterpieces but are basic and clean. The communal bathroom was clean and free every time I used it.... More

The Hotel is close to the Stroget - the main shopping street and not too far from the Gay scene. The innkeeper Per is attentive and friendly. I had booked a double room, asking for a quiet room. Unfortunately, there is a bar at the street level that is noisy and goes nonstop from midnight until 8 in the morning.... More

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It is nothing like you image, if you see the website. It is just a poor backpackershotel. Our room was the most expensive, but very small. There was a separate toilet, with little room to move. But that was so much better yet than the showers. Mind you: two showers... More
