Rude staff will frogmarch you out of your room 1 minute after 11. Prostitutes, pimps and punters make an enormous amount of noise just outside your room until the early morning. The room is just big enough to fit a bed and nothing else. The bathroom is horrible, the toilet is in the shower and the décor is taken from... More

I don't want to judge the other aspects. Yes it is a bit noisy, yes it is not perfectly clean, yes the bathroom is small and water splashes everywhere when you take shower. But these are standable. The worst thing was - our luggage was stolen in the luggage room!!! We left it there for around 4 hours... On the... More

We were up all night hearing hookers, loud men, bottles breaking, and sirens. They take your room key when you leave the hotel, probably to keep the hookers out! The showers are another story! If you sit on the toilet, you face the shower head--- no curtain, no wall around the shower, so the floor gets soaking! Just stay away... More

We were on the 3rd floor. You had to open the window at night because it is so hot & no air conditioning. With the window open, you get to hear all of the loud street people down below....there was some kind of club across the street with a flashing "girls" sign in the window, prostitutes standing around, & drunk,... Booked this place as a last minute choice. It was located in the City - like what the title said, it's Zleep Hotel Centrum. The view was spectacular but the noise was horrible. If you want a good quiet sleep during the summer weather, then this is not for you. The place does not have a fan or air conditioning... More

This place is extremely dirty. My and my co-worker staying here traded photos of how disgusting the rooms were. I had stains on the carpet, a dirty bed, and he had what appeared to be blood stains on the shower curtain. This hotel used to be called something else that I had a similar experience and decided to give another... More

The hotel is super clean and nice looking from the outside. It is a super short walk (4-5 minutes) from the Central Station (perfect when you come and go from the airport or to take any trains to/from Sweden!), as well as the Tivoli Gardens and around 8 minutes to the City Hall and the Stroget street. (I'd say a... More

Dingy white towels and sheets; old carpet; no in-room phone, coffee maker or toiletries. Dirty, worn chair and desk chair; noise in water pipes. In a former red light district but nice area 2 blocks from hotel and very close to train station and Tivoli Gardens. Nice, plain desk surface in room. Free wi fi and TV works. This can... More

Ideal hotel probably the best located hotel in Copenhagen for access to the Central Station. Service and staff were excellent. The hotel was clean and no problems whatsoever were encountered during the several night stay. Will definitely look into returning here for my next trip to Copenhagen!

Really not as bad as some of the reviews. It was a basic hotel but clean and staff were friendly with excellent English. It was in a great location, not even 5 mins from the station. It is in the red light district but that didn't cause us any problems. Didn't buy lunch from the hotel, there was a 7eleven... More
