Booked through website. Was given the wrong room at check-in, a twin instead of a double. Bit of hassle correcting this. a lovely hotel perfectly situated for nyhavn and the centre rooms are small(but ideal for sleep and rest),the only downside for this hotel is when it is fully booked the breakfast room is far to small to feed everyone and it can be quite manic. more

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel although the room was on the small side. Staff all pleasant and spoke good English. Breakfast included and plenty of choice. Location is ideal within walking distance of Metro and Old Opera building. WiFi in rooms, alas no safe. Well worth considering this hotel if you can get a good rate. more
