The one thing that makes this hotel is the 24 hour complimentary tea and coffee available in the dining room. On a blustery November day after sightseeing, we gratefully took advantage of this service. The service at reception was variable. depending on the person on duty. One was particularly jovial and helpful. They were able to recommend restaurants to us.... More

Stayed in a quad room for a few nights over a weekend. Rooms were very small (4th bed was basically in the middle of the room) and basic. Didn't help that we were next to the lift shaft so could hear not only the lift going up/down ALL the time but also people's conversations which wasn't great. Bathroom was clean... More

Hotel maritime has a great location at the price paid making it definitely a good value proposition. The downside, if that matters to you, is the dated and somewhat less than tip-top bathroom facilities. I have to say that all was functioning properly and the room was clean so for us this minor drawback was definitely not an issue. The... More

The room we had was very small, even by European standards. There was a desk, though it also was very small. There was no place to put our toiletries out in the bathroom. At least the breakfast was good and the hotel was in a great location.

Maritime Hotel has been a very decent and organized hotel, in the heart of the city, just 5 minutes from Nyhavn. Overall, I have been quite pleased while staying there, and there is nothing major I could point out as a disadvantage. The hotel offers everything that someone is looking to pay for.

If you are looking for a large spacious expensive freebie loaded hotel, then keep looking. If you are looking for a really well placed, clean and very functional place to sleep, then this might be for you. The room was small, but perfectly, formed. The bathroom did have the student on-suite vibe going on, but the shower curtain was fine,... More

I had a very nice small single room. I looked out onto the street and when I looked left. There was the water! A short walk brought me to Nyhaven and all of Copenhagen. It is clean neat and a very good value. Staff gave me an on time wake up call, directed me into breakfast which was womderful( especially... More

The strength of this hotel lies in its location. Close by is for instance the Nyhavnen, the pedestrian street Ströget, theaters and restaurants. The nearest Metro station is within 10 minutes walking distance. The room I stayed in was small but functional and clean. The staff in reseption was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently centrally located - near to Nyhavn, the opera house (det Kongelige Teater) at Kongens Nytorv, the famous Ströget and so on. Beside this there is nothing really to remember: Small clean rooms, more or less helpful staff, breakfast is OK. Prices are OK as well. But Copenhagen was again worth the visit! The best (special) thing... More

The hotel's location is great for getting to many of the key sights in central Copenhagen. Tucked away from the busy streets it was quiet yet only a few blocks to the waterfront, Nyhaven, and the Stroget. While the decor is a bit dated, the hotel was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and the price included breakfast which had... More
