I agree with Patience 2010 on every point. In addition: * If you're a budget traveller, this is ideal. * But you do get what you pay for... you'll have to share with others, and WATCH your belongings! I discovered a girl sharing my room rifling through my handbag! This is not singular to Sleep-In Heaven though. * One point... more

I hope this review appears because my last one, for some reason, did not appear. I am a budget traveler and I will offer my perspective on Sleep in Heaven. Rooms: Its not one big warehouse. Instead, there are several sections. Yes there are more bunks than most hostels (triple decker bunks) but they are arranged in sections so you... more

They should rename this place Sleep-in Hell. This place can guarantee you to get no sleep at all. I was located in room J, adjacent to a huge communal area. You can still hear the hi-fi blasting in the background beyond 12 midnight. A lot of the other hostels I've been to around Europe have staff who enforce a curfew... more

All hostels in Cph are dodgy. Especially try to stay away from the one in Vesterbro, it's horrifying. I've stayed in Sleep-In-Heaven some 5 times and eventhough it's (just as other reviewers said before); dirty, cramped, has too few showers/toilets and so on, I still like the place. They sell beer quite cheaply and it is located in Norrebro which... more

We chose this hostel because it seemed quite cheap compared to other hostels in Copenhagen (not a cheap city) - but in hindsight, it may have been worth paying the extra to stay elsewhere. We were in a 6-bed dorm which was tiny (beds were triple bunks) - not much room to move, and we had to pay $10 extra... more

My buddies came to visit me in Sweden and we booked a room at this hostel for our visit to Copenhagen. The price was cheap and we knew we were going to stay in a 14 bed room... but, this place was just, well, dirty. If you're thinking about this place just keep these factors in mind: the location is... more

The stay in this hostel was not very comfortable. It has a cozy reception area, free internet, but the rooms are very small and uncomfortable. You can see the beds in my pictures. The hostel offers quite poor breakfast, so it is better to buy something in local shops. However, I liked the staff and I met some nice people... more

The main problem of this hostel is maybe the fact that the hall is so cute and the dorms are so ugly ! We arrived there looking for a place to sleep and when they shew us the dorm we weren't happy at all. There was no place for nine people in that tiny room ! Besides male and female... more

I stayed in this place for a couple of nights and it has been one of the worst hostels I have ever seen. When you enter the hostel everything is fine, nice entrance area, free internet access, a pool billiard table, sofas. But wait until you enter your room. I slept in a room with 6 beds and it was... more

The hostel is located just outside the inner city of Copenhagen. On foot you can reach any part of the city within 10-40 minutes. There is room for about 100 guests. There are about 10 rooms with a varying number of (bunk)beds in them. When all the beds are occupied it can get quite crowded in the toilet & shower... more
