This establishment is better described as a hostel rather than a hotel. Staff are expensive in Denmark and it could be that this establishment has decided to keep them to the minimum. Reception can only be accessed after ringing the bell to be buzzed in through the locked front door. Thereafter you are asked to pay for your entire stay... More

Nice hotel with a slightly old fashioned feel but modern facilities. Good points: friendly welcome from helpful staff, nice big room with view of the street, nice bed, everything clean, not bad value for Copenhagen, good location in a nice area with decent local bars and restaurants. Bad points: Bathroom rather small, not a major problem as I was only... More

The hotel is located in one of the nicest parts in Copenhagen. The hotel is in one of those lovely old buildings. We stayed there with our kids. The rooms are nice, but the bathroom is too small, especially, because there is no seperate shower. The drains smelled badly, which wasn't really nice. Breakfast was good and of good quality.... Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights & it exceeded my expectations. The positives are 1. The rooms are cosy, light and elegant. High ceilings with modern furnishings. The private bathroom is clean and has a cabinet. There is a desk, chair and some storage space with a few hangers. 2. The staff are fantastic in their efficiency and helpfulness,... More

This is a nice hotel in a lovely part of Copenhagen, reasonably close to the station and city centre. We had no trouble getting around on foot. There are good cafes and restaurants very close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. The twin rooms were quite small and basic but comfortable enough. The breakfast was very good with a... More

Single female traveller on business found the rooms to be ok size, good shower although the shower room/toilet was incredibly small. Hotel was quiet and really well maintained. Bed clothes were lovely. Everything worked as it should. Breakfast plentiful and good quality. Staff were lovely and helpful. Would recomend as in the immediate area there is a lot of nice... More

This hotel is in a very central location in Copenhagen, near-ish the train station on the border of genteel Friedriksberg and Vesterbro, which is an upcoming area. The hotel is simple, clean, really friendly and helpful, and they rent bikes out too, which is pretty handy in that town. There are lots of little cafes around the area; we saw... More

If you consider booking a single room, you should be aware that it has one bed only! The room and bathroom are really small, but clean. Rooms neither have refrigerator, telephone nor aircon. The rooms to the courtyard are very quiet, but can get hot in summer. Breakfast is sufficient and the bus leaving almost in front of the hotel... More

This hotel is located in a decent residential area called Frederiksberg Alle. As soon as you leave the hotel, you step into a beautiful street and there is a cafe right across the hotel where the people of the neighbourhood go. It is a great opportunity to spend time with the locals and also walking distance to all attractions in... More

The cozy Hotel Sct. Thomas is in the perfect location to see the best of Copenhagen, whether it's your first visit or your hundredth.
