We booked through Secret Hotels and were not disappointed when this hotel came up. The economy room is quite compact but we could have had an upgrade for a small fee. It had everything one could need. The bed was comfortable; the windows could open wide for fresh air; it was clean. The economy room had tea and coffee making facilities,... More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in February. I booked on Booking.com and the rate was around $88/night. I feel I got more than my monies worth from the room. It was on the 4th floor, very quiet and overlooked the side street that was quiet. The room was a nice size, big enough for us. Very... More

I stayed in the Hotel Kong Arthur in January. It had snowed, and the lake next to the hotel was frozen which made the route to and from the hotel picturesque. The hotel is well positioned to allow all parts of the city centre to be reached on foot. It is also a five minute walk from Norreport station so... More

I stayed here with a friend in February and the room was a little small missing a few basic practicalities such as hand towels, shower gel and a central light in the room (only lamps) so quite dark but in all the hotel is in a great location just a little walk from one of the many metro stations! The... More

Hotel kong Arthur has A great location. The hotel, the staff and the spa is very nice, but the room and the bathroom was SO cold, maybe due to renovation? The breakfast is cozy, organic and the jam is homemade.

Stayed for 3 nights in December. Nice hotel with a happy hour at the bar from 5-6pm every night, free beer/wine and lovely mulled wine. Great location, a 5 minutes walk to the nearest station - Norreport where you can get the metro or train straight to the airport. Near the station there's Torvehallerne market where you can get some... More

Hotel Kong Arthur is very near to lots of great restaurants and sites to visit, yet it feels secluded and quiet because it is down a short side street. The breakfast is delicious and the free drink at "cozy hour" makes for a nice atmosphere.

It is a charming hotel perfectly catering for business travel with a nice touch! Room was small but nicely furnished and in good condition. Staff was super friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast was good both in terms of variety and quality.

I visited Copenhagen for business and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was upgraded to a suite and loved it. The room and the bathroom was large. Staying in Indre By (Inner City)

Neighborhood Profile
Indre By (Inner City)
This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its blend of charming old buildings and bold new architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well as picturesque canals and a modern harbor. The inner city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which consists of three buildings, two of which are new and situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and venues of the inner city and its surrounding neighborhoods, are alive all year round with everything from jazz festivals to outdoor ice skating rinks and parachuting at the lakes right in the center of the city. This compact area boasts beautiful old castles, tranquil parks, and bustling squares where you can always find a bench to stretch out your legs whenever you need a break.
