I thoroughly enjoyed my three night stay at Hotel Kong Arthur. While not in the centre of the city, I much preferred the hotel's location as it was quiet and in close proximity to the metro for my trip back to the airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was small and it was hard to actually... More

I stayed in Kong Arthur Hotel for 4 nights in January 2012. Although the rooms are not too big, I can fully recommend the hotel. The rooms were very clean and nicly decorated. I really liked the mix between old and new furniture. The staff was extremly friendly and helpful and helped us to find a bar we searched for... More

Stayed at this hotel on business from 09-11 Jan 2012. Location was fine and room serviceable if on the small side (no proper hanging space for clothes, which is a problem when travelling on business and quilt too small for the bed). On leaving my room in the morning, I left the windows open and the heating off as I... More

Well situated only a few minutes walk from the subway which we took from the airport. Take care because Walking on cobblestones with luggage to get to the hotel can be a challenge. We booked a junior suite which was quite small however came with a jet tub. All in all it was a good stay and I would reccomend... More

The reveiws that i read re this hotel before we went were a little mixed and the hotel website we found a little unuser friendly. So i didnt have great expectations, but was very very pleasantly surprised, We stayed for 4 nights at the end of November. There are various room options and we selected the 2nd one up the... More

A beautiful hotel situated close to shops and the metro (to Copenhagen airport). Although central, it was quiet and peaceful at all times. Our needs were catered for by an extremely service-minded staff. An extra bonus included in bookings is free access to the spa area including saunas, gym and jacuzzi. The hotel was clean and fresh at all times... More

Really wonderful staff made this hotel but it wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped. the bar was pretty bad and the breakfast also not wonderful but we had a great stay there thanks to the staff who really went out of the way to look after us. The location is indeed very handy for wandering around Copenhagen, even if it... More

Hotel Kong Arthur is well located, just 5 minutes walk from the Norreport train/metro station and less than 10 minutes walk from the center. The building itself is beautiful by the water. The reception and lobby area is nicely decorated and in good shape. We had a standard room on the 3rd floor. I guess my expectations might have been... More

Dear Guest We are sorry that the interior design didn't meet your expectations. We ourselves like this mix of classic and Nordic style very much. Regarding your unlucky experiences in the bathrooms, we are really sorry. We are having a general review of all the bathrooms at the moment in order to correct errors. Hotel Kong Arthurs was totally renovated... More

I stayed in December for four nights with my husband. I was apprehensive about booking after reading some poor reviews however there wasn't a large choice of 4*/5* hotels in a good location that weren't going to cost a fortune. On arrival I was very pleased. We arrived at 11.30am but check in was not until 2pm, even so the... More

Dear Guest In general, we find that we get good reviews and we are very happy about that of course. We do our best to deliver a valuable experience for all our guests and glad that you are positive despite you criticism of the spa matter. Regarding changing to bathrobe in the hotel rooms before going to the spa, this... More

Really liked this hotel: in a great location, well decorated and comfortable rooms/beds. We paid about £140 a night for a standard double - really good for a couple. I would have given this hotel five, but it is a little expensive (although not so bad for CPH), the breakfast was really expensive, the bathroom had a shower curtain (and... More
