By the time i started looking for hotel in Copenhagen, everything else was booked except Copenhagen star, where i could book a single room for 10 day stay. The hotel is just at walking distance from Central station. Evrything else in Copenhagen is near to central station or can be reached by metro from central station. You get down at... More

Ideal location, only 2 minutes walk from the station if you come out the side entrance. All staff polite, friendly and helpful. We had a triple room which was more than adequate. Could open all 3 windows. The shower was good & toilet facilities ok. Shower and handwash provided. Breakfast excellent and constantly being refreshed right up to 1000hrs. Smoking... More

Hotel receptionists get us very badly on the first day. Demanded a deposit even after we already paid one month before the stay! There were two very arrogant receptionists..i do not understand how they can work there. The room was in the attic and the bathroom was bad. Only the breakfast was very good.

Great location. Central station just around the corner as is the hop on hop off and the tivoli gardens. True what other people have said. A tad scary in you turn left outside the hotel but hey you have them areas in every city. You just avoid them. Room fine. Bathroom fine though one of them awful showers with just... More

Very close to train station with breakfast included. Wifi free and easily accessed. Good sized room by Denmark standards. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and coffee excellent. Within walking distance of everything, two minutes walk from central station. Ate at the Chinese restaurant across the street, very good. Would stay here again with no hesitation.

Very close to the station, but the walk to the hotel from the station is not so interesting. You can find drunkards and drug addicts along the way from the station to the hotel, especially on the steps down from the station to the road leading to the hotel. And early morning time I could see lot of ladies hanging... More

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. It wasn’t our first choice of hotel, but it was a busy weekend in Copenhagen and it was difficult to find a hotel with availability. The reviews we’d read on TripAdvisor were pretty average so we weren’t expecting a lot. The location was central: near the main train station, shopping strip,... More

Dear lorexstevex, thank you for taking time for a review of your recent stay with us. Good to hear that you enjoyed our central location. It is unfortunate with the robbery in 7/11, but I guess it happens in other big cities too. The central station is a busy area, that is why it is so attractive for certain type... More

We were traveling as a large 8 member family and were looking at a place closer to centre. And this hotel met the requirement in a big way - proximity to tivoli, bus station, hop on / hop off is fantastic. There is also a large square tucked in 100 mts away which is lined with restaurants and bars. Check... More

Dear Ajay9252, thank you very much for your review of your recent stay with us. Lovely to hear that you found the hotel accomodating for your needs. We are sorry about the bathroom size, unfortunately due to the buildings nature, some of the bathrooms are rather in the smaller end. We are also sorry to hear about the displeasing smell... More

Stayed here in November for a long weekend. It's a value for money hotel, the decor is a bit outdated and old but for a long weekend and a cheap price it does the job. It's about 15 minutes walk from the main city centre of Copenhagen so it's a bit of a walk but it's okay. People and staff... More

Dear Sanjeev D, we appreciate you taking the time for a review of your stay with us. Seems like you had much fun in Copenhagen and that is lovely to hear. I guess our location is the best for those who want to be close to all public transport possibilities, with being next to the central station, but like you... More

The Pros: the location is good, 2 minutes walk to the main station, 10 minutes walk to tivoli park, and 15 minutes walk to one of Copenhagen shopping area. The Cons: the building is old, not well maintained, the room is a bit smelly, the floor make some sounds when we step on it, and we got a room with... More

Dear Ignatus Untung S, Thank you for your review of your recent stay with us. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the hotels central location, but we regret to hear that you didn´t have a first class experience. The hotel building, like many in such an old city center is indeed old, but of course we do maintenance... More
