Stayed here in August. Hotel a little dated but very central and good value for money. Hotel 5 mins walk to Tivoli gardens, and shops just round the corner. Staff were very helpful and said if it got to noisy on the front (out games were on) they would move us to different rooms. Breakfasts were very good, lots of... more

We stayed for three nights at the Skt Petri, great modern hotel. We even spent a fair bit of time in the bar and restaurant there which we usually don't, so we loved that hotel. Sadly we missed a flight and booked this place, part of the same chain of hotels so we had high hopes. It was dissapointing to... more

The hotel is near everything and in the city center. The location is nice and the hotel is in a way charming, if you are not too picky. I would not choose this hotel traveling with my spouse, but if you are on a short business trip this hotel is okay. The bath room was big and the room was... more

We stayed in this hotel for the last night of our long weekend in Denmark. The location is very central, being close to the station, Tivoli, etc. It is a classic old fashioned hotel, but we hadn't realised that it doesn't have a bar. On arrival we were checked into what was obviously a smoking room, but after a quick... more

The weather in Copenhagen was Hot, Hot, Hot. Could we get a window open? NO. No air movement spelled 3 miserable nights. Also what they were passing off as a bath shower was neither. Not room tio put your feet in and stand for a shower. Only Mr. Bean could have designed this bath. Never again more

My husband remembered this hotel from many years ago when it really WAS one of the best places in the city. Sadly, no more. To be fair, the room was very comfortable and clean, despite the furniture looking rather scuffed. The bathroom also was very clean with no sign of mold but it was very dated and the towels were... more

We were recently in the Kong Frederik, which is ideally located in the centre of Copanhagen. The hotel is clean and tidy, with an old-fashioned interior. It is a classic hotel in Copenhagen with a long history. Generally, we are positive to the hotel. However, we have one problem with the hotel and our room, but that problem is serious... more

The first thing that hit me was awful cigarette, cheap cigar and bad EDT stench. I made direct u-turn at the door and asked for allergy room in exchange. Service was ok, but rooms were not. The "non-smoking" or "allergy" room whatever you prefer to call it was dirty. I mean do they ever vacuum the rooms? Thick layer of... more

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Kong Frederik on our two year’s anniversary. The hotel staff arranged flowers in our suite. They were so friendly and helpful. We also tried the room service. The food and the service were good, but we ordered later in the evening and it was difficult to get all the main courses, because the... more
