Charming, old fashioned looking hotel at a very central location. Right next to the train station and the Tivoli and a very short walk to the main shopping street "Ströget". We stayed in room 306, facing the tivoli, and was very happy with both size and cleanliness. A little bit noisy from the traffic outside but not too bad at... More

Perfect location for station and sightseeing. Old-fashioned, semi-dark charm. Reception was prompt and friendly. Nice glass lift. Our room on the fifth floor was spacious and visually pleasing, if with small signs of shabbiness and not entirely clean. We had a balcony with good views (but you wouldn't want kids going near it). You can hear trains below but we... More

The rooms in the hotel were excellent, large and airy and exactly as they look in the proffessional pictures. Reception staff were excellent as well and location was also very good. The one thing that lets the hotel down is the breakfast. It is probably one fo the worst I have had in Scandinavia. Little selection, the eggs are either... More

Two minutes walking distance from Copenhagen's Central Railway Station, and ideally located for city sightseeing by foot. This former elegant, 4 star hotel built in 1913, has an old fashioned charm and still retains some interesting architectural highlights; like the main bar with its wood panelling and its lift. It would be lovely to see this hotel brought back to... More

Recently stayed in this hotel, on a short trip to Copenhagen. Hotel was very welcoming, reception staff polite and friendly. We stayed in a double superior room, which was very comfortable.the room could've done with some redecoration, but we enjoyed our stay. It was situated next to the train station, which gives a 12 min trip to and from the... More

Shabby chic - yes but the beds are comfortable. The lobby is fun. The breakfast good. They don't hurry you out of the restaurant late at night. But. And again but. The staff are variable and until I read up again today I didnt know they have a gym. The real issue for me is the bathrooms. Chipped floor tiles,... More

Hotel in front of the Copenhagen Central Station and this is the most important thing when you are in Copenhagen. The city is too small and you need 2 days to see all major sights. The hotel is like a royal residential building. The elevator to the room floors is very special and you can hire royal classical music and... More

First of all the location is superb right next to the train station and Tivoli... Secondly breakfast is incredible and offers a plethora of fruits, breads, vegetables etc. The piano bar, small gym and foyer are all lovely as is the glass elevator. The room was decent with a small balcony. BUTTTTTT.... The wifi is beyond poor, I've had better... More

Stayed at the Plaza one night. Good location besides the train Station. Wifi didn't work, they quickly moved me to another room. Breakfast was included and very decent. Only issue: bed could have been upgraded a few years ago. Mattress seemed in really bad shape.
