Copenhagen Plaza is my preferred hotel in downtown Copenhagen. Located right at the central station, it is a nice classical hotel. Old-fashioned style, quiet and comfortable. Professional staff and generally a pleasant environment. The breakfast buffet is really good, and the hotel bar the "library bar" is a hidden gem. A bit pricy on the drinks, but well worth it

A very charming Hotel with a rather "Victorian" style especially in the Library Bar. The furniture was suitable for a traditional house and everything was very clean. I had a beautiful, gigantic roon on the fourth floor with a big, modern and clean bathroom. Rich breakfast ( even for me as a German : )) and friendly staff. The only... More

This is one of the best located hotels in Copenhagen. It's close to the central station and right on the doorstep of Tivoli. It's got some old world charm with a famous Library Bar which as visited by many famous people. You can actually see a list of all the celebrities, musicians, politicians etc who stayed in this hotel in... More

The hotel is right next to the Central station, 20M next to the entrance of Tivoli! Very convenient to take local bus to Zoo, etc. The only little "complain" is the price for breakfast, at a striking 28 EURO per person which really did not substantiate the price. I guess it is because the hotel is really popular, you can... More

We stayed for a day in December, got a very nice room with nice view of the city. Clean and fresh with very nice beds. Nice friendly service. Breakfast has a lot of improvement opportunities. The food seems premade the day before.

Visited Copenhagen Plaza and their Library Bar. What a dissapointment. Well, quit cozy, but no elegance at all. Old furnitures with marks, paintings with broken pictures, one of the easy chairs was covered with sticky liquer. Toilets in the basement is just old and smelly. It could be charming but, when you clearly got a Champagne Cocktail and they delivered... More

We had a good stay as the position was great for Tivoli and the station. No room service and no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Small thing but needs addressing. No food or bar on a Sunday. Barman was extremely rude after we asked about our coffee after waiting 20 minutes! He was disgustingly rude and extremely offensive. Our friends... More

This hotel is a real charm. The staff is very friendly and helpful, location is central, just across the road from the train station and Tivoli gardens on the other side, also close to high street shopping. A variety of good restaurants in walking distance. The lift is one of those old fashioned ones, rooms spacious and decorated in cottage... More

My wife and I stayed at the Plaza for two nights, and we thorougly enjoyed it. The hotel is like a grand old lady, and we felt more at home there than we would at a more modern hotel. We loved the classy lobby, bar and brasserie. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. One of the highlights of... More
