We stayed here for 3 nights in May after arranging a last minute holiday to Copenhagen. Being so last minute there wasn't too many reasonably priced hotels left when I searched and the Mercur stood out with its location and the free breakfast included in the price. It's location to the city centre, the train stations (central station just a... More

Great location close to the train station and all sites most visitors want to visit are within walking distance, even the little mermaid is a pleasant walkable distance. With the exception of the young lady who checked us in (she was very pleasant and helpful) all other front staff personnel we encountered were not helpful and were abrupt. The rooms... More

Can't beat the location, within walking distance to most of the city attractions. It is just a few blocks from Tivoli Gardens and a bit longer to the harbor and the mermaid, but still quite walkable. The rooms are typical European, with smallish bathrooms and no air conditioning in the rooms, but most of the year, air conditioning is not... More

Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean (albeit a bit small shower) and nearby parking for 190Kr per day. Good location near the train station, and maybe 5 mins walk to Tivoli and to the main square. Maybe a bit expensive for what you get but no complaints overall. No aircon, but back windows could open wide and let a breeze and... More

I was disappointed with the quality of this hotel: room wasn't very welcoming with strange art on the wall, dull and dark furniture and outdated bathroom. My room was facing to the metro station and unfortunately it was noisy - you really can hear trains passing by. There was some construction work going on near the breakfast room, but the... More

We booked this hotel for business purposes at the last minute and booked it because my colleague required the gym. It was a bad choice. The internet was always disconnecting, breakfast was disgusting and the rooms too hot to sleep in at night (the weather was warm- but no air con or fans in the rooms) Hotel was below average.... We stayed in Copenhagen. Our car got problem and we waited for car service for many hours from morning till afternoon approx 13.00 hrs. The reception of the hotel has been very patience with us and great consideration and assistance for us to keep the room until the car was fixed. Certainly without any extra charge. They definitely understood our... More

My family and I stayed here for a short break after seeing some friends. It was very noisy as situated at a train station. It was also very warm. Cannot understand how the hotel cam charge what they are to stay. Very over priced for what you get!

Great location, but the hotel is really bad. The rooms are so hot it is impossible to sleep at least 35 degrees C. You open the window and because of the trains and traffic you also can't sleep. When complaining about the temperature they just say that most hotels in Copenhagen don't have air-condition, not offering to solve my issue.... More

Great location near Tivoli and Hop On Hop Off bus stop. Excellent Italian restaurant nearby and very good supermarket. Room facing the street was small and a fan is not enough to keep the room cool when the temperature was so high. Noisy if you open the window as the trains go past most of the night and early morning.... More
