A good hotel. Nice rooms, friendly staff. Cleaning could be a bit better. Location is excellent, as is value for money. We stayed four pleasant nights. more

We stayed at the Admiral for two nights in November. We had a deluxe double room. Not huge, but more than adequate and well equipped with mini bar, flatscreen TV etc. It had a small balcony with view over the harbour (not particularly inspiring though) The rooms are all off a narrow hallway which adds to the charm and each... more

The Admiral hotel is a former grain wharehouse built in the 1780's and wonderfully converted to a four star hotel. The interior is awesome being constructed of massive pine timbers which give each room an individual character. The setting could hardly be better being almost adjacent to the Amelienborg Palace, a 10 minute stroll to the Little Mermaid and a... more

We stayed four nights here. From Sept 15 to the 18th. We reserved a junior suite but we decided not to stay in the room because of how it was laid out. The bed was in a loft with a spiral staircase but the bathroom was downstairs. There were larges posts in the middle of the room. The staff was... more

Stayed here based on Trip Advisor and it is a winning hotel for us. It is well located and great character because of it being a warehouse conversion. You can get the train from the airport then it is about a 10/15 min walk. You are near the canal where the boat trips go from and also lots of bars... more

For a business traveller the hotel is adequate and did not disappoint. I stayed for one night only. The location is good for a stroll to the little mermaid & nyhaven. I found the walk from the hotel to the city centre enjoyable as this was my first visit to the city. The hotel had no english newspapers at breakfast... more

A perfect location in the centre of the city, a short walk to most of the sights, restaurants, etc. Our room had a beautiful view across the water of the new opera house and had all the character and charm we could ask for. The staff, while not exactly unfriendly, were not terribly outgoing, but we were fairly independent. The... more

Hotels in Copenhagen are extremely expensive. This hotel is a great value with the feel of a classy hotel. Once a grainery, it has been converted into a hotel with arched doorways and windows, and immense wooden beams. Like most European hotels, the rooms are snug, but clean and comfortable. We had a harbor view that looked over the Opera... more

We booked at Admiral for 5 nights, chooosing and paying for a "de luxe HARBOUR view" room and we got confirmation for it, one month in advance. 1. Unfortunately the first day we arrived, we were given a room with a view on a TREE and with a terrace full of spiders: "there are no other rooms left for you...".... more
