Loved the Admiral Hotel, wonderful position on the water, could see the boats coming and going, though not noisy or busy. Loved the five minute walk to restaurants and tourist sights. Amazing building, old, converted warehouse. Service was terrific, helpful staff at reception, and helped with wifi issues when we couldn't connect. Disappointing that shops were closed on Sunday, and... More

We visited Copenhagen for a long weekend and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is really central and a great base for walking around the city. Its a very pretty old warehouse style building with lots of character and we were fortunate to get a harbour view room giving a lovely view over towards the opera house.... More

We stayed here last weekend for the Copenhagen marathon. It's in a great location and reception service was excellent when we checked in. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been appreciated as would air conditioning. There's a desk fan but it's not enough to cool the room especially at night so you have to have the window open... More

We stayed here for one night and have to say it is a beautiful hotel. The service we received from the receptionist was very good. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been a nice touch. The room and the bathroom were both very small. Unfortunately, we were unable to get a harbour view room and were concerned... More

You can't beat the location, an the bathroom was very nice. I don't know why this hotel gets awards for style -- they have re-used the old, rustic beams, which could be terrific, but instead they combined the rustic with a pedestrian modern style that was more pragmatic than attractive. The walls were so thin we could hear a man... More

We stayed here for new year 2011/2012, and had a really great time! The room was great, the original beams give a warm and cosy feel. Our room overlooked the street which was lovely as there was lots to see with it being new year however I would definitely try to get a habour view room (you pay more). We... More

I stayed for 3 nights in April 2012. The building certainly has character and I really liked the exposed beams in my room. The room was a decent size with a good view towards the Opera House. The bathroom was fairly small but well equipped. It was also very quiet. Best of all was the bed: the most comfortable hotel... More

We made our booking through the internet and when we arrived there was no booking. They put us in a very narrow room on the first floor directly over the entrance. So it was so loud you could not open the window. The room was so narrow that you could not pass the bed without hitting the television, which was... More

This is a 1st Class hotel right on the harbour and if you are blessed with a room on the water side the view is excellent, especially when the sun pours into your room over the Opera House and through the rigging of the sailing boats moored alongside. The staff & food were as you would expect but we had... More
