This is a funky old building with random staircases that make it hard to find your destination. The rooms are very bare bones, soap dispenser in the bathroom for all your toiletry needs, a safe at the front desk. Limited timed WiFi. Laundry facilities upstairs in another building if you want to pay to use those. It's across the street... More

A good hotel: the staff were helpful; the family room spacious, the fridge was good to store drinks etc ; breakfast choice was super and the location was great - close to good places to eat and near to Tivoli.

Very good hotel. The staff was really nice. The double superior room was perfect for a family of 4. Clean. Excellent breakfast. It would have been better if there was a restaurant inside the hotel. Don't trust the restaurant 'IL PECCATO' next door, since it is expensive and the food is not up to standard (it's not the real good... More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights after a cruise and we did not have a great experience at this hotel. If you are visiting during the summer time, this hotel does not have any air conditioning. It was very hot and humid in our room. We left the window open during the night but that did not... More

Stayed here very recently. A few important things to consider- a nighclub is directly opposite the hotel, which plays ear shatteringly loud live music until quite late at night and all afternoon. The rooms are miniscule, with no basic facilities like tea and coffee. They are also swelteringly hot with no AC (and opening your window results in your teeth... More

We rented a hotel appartement, which was nice and clean. There were too much noice from a concert outside and much screaming from the audience. We didn't slep that night. The straff was nice and we got a new appartement away from the street the next nights

Stayed here one night in July in 2014. Stayed in a Superior room. The room was small, narrow bed, there was no aircondision, the bathroom was worn and there were two worn bath towels and a worn small towel. Shampoo and soap in the dispenser on the wall, and when you took a shower the water came across the bathroom.... More

No air conditioning in 30 degree heat, street noise noisy and concert outside so we could not open windows. No water in the room - when we asked for ice, we had to to down and they gave us a glass of ice. Tiny elevators and many stairs in complex levels as well, very difficult with luggage and a husband...
