I have stayed at this Marriott 2-3 times and like others have said it is very clean, nice rooms, friendly staff but is not in the heart of the city. It is not a long walk from the train station and the heart of downtown, maybe a 15 minute (.5 mile) walk. Very safe area and the restaurant and bar... More

Started at 12 days Baltic tour with 7 day cruise at this hotel. Its is beautiful, the staff is flawless (and beautiful - omg), the service is great, and the location is perfect. I was there with great weather - and this hotel is right on the water with tons of activities nearby. I was upgraded to water view -... More

For the last two days of our epic European summer vacation -- which we scheduled for Copenhagen -- I wanted to splurge a bit, and that's exactly what I did. I decided on the Marriott based on reviews (mostly good), location (on the water, just south of Tivoli), and quality. I booked a Junior Suite with king bed and water... More

We stayed here for three nights and had a junior suite overlooking the water. This is a typical Marriott "you know what to expect" experience which is always solid. That is a very good thing when we travel. The staff was very nice, and the concierge was very helpful in finding good restaurants that fit our needs. The rooms are... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on business earlier this month. The price I paid per night was GB£190 (US$324). On top of this, the pretty poor quality continental breakfast cost GB£20 and internet access per night GB£16. How ANY hotel nowadays has the audacity to charge for internet is beyond me. I only have one comment to... More

I arrived at the hotel before 1pm and the room was not available. The lobby was fulled of airline personnel, tour groups and other guests. I took a walk to the canal tour and returned just before 4pm when the room was ready. The room was nice, clean and spacious with 2 double beds. It got a view of Tivoli.... More

Booked this hotel to be closer to great restaurants although needed to go to bella sky convention center daily. Arrived very early and erik in check in was greatly helpful with getting a room on the earlier side of check in time. The breakfast and happy hour at the executive lounge were nice to have available as a gold member... More

This hotel is a little way outside the heart of the city but it is based on one of the waterways of inner Copenhagen. Its a Marriott so we knew what to expect - very clean, very nice. But my gripe is this - checked in and we had booked a standard room - room very well decorated but in... More

The Hotel does everything you expect from a Marriott. The rooms are standard, the club floor is nice (small and crowded), location is nice (near station and tivoli, etc.). Nice views. Staff is well trained and friendly, but all a bit superficial / standard approach (not as warm hearted). Seems that some of the others also had the same experience.... More
