Stayed here for three days so had the opportunity to assess the hotel performance. Staff were consistently indifferent and unhelpful. The so called executive area where breakfast was available was a shambles in being massively overcrowded (the size would need to be at least doubled) with great competition for seats and pretty basic food. If you look at other negative... More

They try hard but this is a Marriott and a very expensive one. However Copenhagen is unique and a good trip. It's a nice resting spot but nothing special.however nice chairs over looking the canal and nice service.

We were fortunate to have selected this hotel as our first stop in a Scandinavian adventure. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport. (Taxis are clean and reasonable.) The staff at the hotel are very welcoming and our room was lovely. We stayed here at the beginning of our trip for about five nights, and then returned... More

We just came home from a cruise in the Baltic followed by 5 days at the Copenhagen Marriott. The cruise was wonderful, but our stay at this hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff was very helpful and genuinely friendly. We celebrated our anniversary during our stay. A bottle of champagne and a lovely hand written... More

We stayed one night after debarking the Oceania Baltic Sea Cruise. Lovely hotel, terrific location. We did the hop-on-bus tour, the pick-up point is right outside hotel, great way to see the city in a day (boat tour even better). We were upgraded to Exec Level, if you are frequent Marriott traveller, great happy hour and free breakfast. We had... More

Stayed 2 nights in late June before joining a Baltic Cruise. We chose to stay on the Executive floor and were allocated a corner room (1154) which was excellent as it was a good size with a very comfortable bed and great views of the water. As a recent reviewer highlighted, the Executive Lounge was certainly too small for the... More

Marriott Hotels are our choice lodgings. The Copenhagen Marriott is very much in the Marriott mold; good accommodation and good service. The price of rooms seemed steep, but I guess by Danish standards, not excessive. The room was large, bright, and nicely furnished overlooking a section of the harbor reserved for small boats. The room was quiet and the bed,... More

I found the Marriott to have large rooms compared to others in Europe. Location was good, however you may need to take a cab to some areas and cabs are expensive in Copenhagen. So if you are looking for a hotel where you don't feel like you squeezing into a closet, I would say the Marriott fits the bill. Also... More

Compared to the S***ty marriott in London this is leaps and bounds better. They offer all your usual 5 star amenities. The city if you are staying over the weekend is buzzing and teaming with life. Go to the concierge rent a bike they will guide you to all the must see places in the city which are beautiful. I'm... More

We stayed for one night in July. The hotel is a 10 minute uninteresting walk from the Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. Check in was fine. Our room on the Executive floor was larger than average, recently refurbished, with all the usual amenities. We went to the Executive Lounge for afternoon tea which was disappointing ( a slice of cake),... More
