Loved staying at this beautiful, modern Marriott. Front desk check in was easy, friendly employees that arranged our room immediately, it was 10:30am and most appreciated after the overnight flight. Beautiful views. Loved the Executive lounge.

Rooms are spacious and very clean, great views and within walking distance to some of the most attractive places in Copenhagen, excellent service. Beds are so comfortable and breakfast, included in price was very tasty - truly enjoyed living there for almost 2 weeks and much better than many of the other hotels in the same price range. So very... More

Hotel is a real 5 star, which is a rare find in Copenhagen. Service, fast check in/out, gym, bar, breakfast, room rate - impeccable BUtT location is only great on paper, if you are a lazy business traveller as I am. Travelling between hotel and airport, I don't want to walk 5-10 min in Cph weather and even change train... More

Just one night in Copenhagen and the Mariott was chosen by the company. I have never stayed in a Mariott, but was impressed by the attentive staff. Annika from the front desk made the stay memorable and did send a birthday cake to the room, when she learnt that it was a special occasion. The room included lounge access. The... More

Spent a week at the hotel and the staff is top notch. The views from the waterside rooms is amazing. The executive lounge is very well run with a good assortment of food and the staff especially "Emily" is top notch!

The Marriott was so convenient. Walking distance to shops and museums. Suite, sufficiently large and overlooked the river - great views and very quiet. Ability to have the window open a little was great so as to enable a little fresh air in the evening. Staff service was excellent. Breakfast was to die for. The fact that it snowed on... More

My husband and I stayed at the Copenhagen Marriott Hotel in December 2015 and found it to be a fabulous hotel. It was such a quick walk from Central Station, we checked in very quickly and after confirming that I had indeed booked a king-size bed and not a twin, we were shown to our room. Although I had not... More

We had 4 nights at this hotel and loved it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our flight and the staff rang the airline for us to help sort it out. The hotel is a good 15 minute walk from the central station but the Hop on Hop off bus stops out the front of... More

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighborhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
