Some of the staff at this hotel really need a lesson in politeness and how to treat guests. The rudeness of one of the staff members was just plainly insulting. The rooms were good but the provisions for free tea and coffee in the rooms were woefully inadequate. It is nicely situated by the water but rude staff let it... More

Have stayed here a few times, and it is always pleasant, with large clean rooms. I've stayed 134 nights at Marriotts so far this year, and the Copenhagen Marriott is definitely one of the better ones.

big spacious rooms with all comfort needed. great views. very international and 'impersonal', but this is what you expect from a hotel of this group. aldough for the high price, the bathrooms might be a bit more luxurious... and free wifi in the rooms should be included too. the lounge on the other hand is very cosy, and serves good... Stayed here one night following a 10 day Baltic cruise. A lot of other travelers (cruises as well as trafalger tours) were staying as well. As a Marriott rewards member got a top floor (10th) room with a grassy view as well as an executive room with access to the lounge. Served great food in the late afternoon and breakfast... More

Loved staying in this hotel. A somewhat quiet area but only a 10 - 15 minutes walk from Tivoli Gardens and other attractions such as Town Hall and the The National Museum (free admission all the time and worth a visit - has a fantastic exhibit on the evolution of human race, among other things). On one side of the... More

This hotel does not live up to the Marriott brand standards in terms of whether the staff, especially the front desk, are well-trained, well-informed, friendly and helpful. Perhaps it's the hotel management that needs to step up its game and raise the expectations for these people. That said, the Executive Lounge do a superb job of providing value for that... More

I stayed in this lovely hotel last year for a night either side of a Baltic Cruise. I am a Marriot Rewards Club member, having joined when I had spent a few days in the Marriott Warsaw. I chose this hotel myself, but let the travel agent do the booking for us as she was pulling together a whole package... More

What a joke. We are executive members of the Marriott group and as such we have access to the executive lounge, well, on arrival at the lounge this evening we were greeted with a buffet of cheap chicken nuggets and frozen samosas and a hoard of less than civilised guests. This is supposed to be the executive lounge how many... More

Hotel is based near the wtarfront and has a nice bar. But why you should definately stay here is for the beds. We actually bought their bed after staying here 3 nights early this year and now we are sleeping every night in the Mariot bed :-)

My family and I stayed here for 4 days in July. The location was excellent - we could walk to the train station, Tivoli, museums, shopping and Nyhavn! Even though is is a large hotel the front desk staff and concierge knew our names within the first day and provided excellent service - from dinner reservations to Copenhagen information. I... More
