Overall a very good hotel in a great location. Staff were very obliging and friendly in all areas of the hotel. We had an executive room with view of the Tivoli Gardens. View from the executive lounge had a lovely water outlook. We had three nights before our Baltic Cruise in July. Would prefer a room with a water view... More

We stayed at this Marriott in mid-August for three nights and had a good visit. There is nothing that particularly stands out about this Marriott property as compared to other Marriott properties but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Our room was average sized and had the usual amenities. The fitness center was nice and had both a steam bath... More

We booked 4 days at the hotel to relax before a 21 day cruise around Norway.. Awesome hotel large clean room excellent bathroom. A good variety food, in the executive lounge beer wine and soft drink available from 5.30pm. Staff were very polite and helpful and nothing was any trouble for them.

Was not disappointed with this hotel… When we arrived we were offered an upgrade to the club floor..which I had debated booking originally.. So decided to go with it.. Was not disappointed as the money I would have spent on breakfast and internet was almost the same. Excellently appointed club lounge and had great views!!

By staying at a Marriott capital city hotel, more or less you know what to expect. Things cannot be a lot worse or a lot better. This is the case with the Copenhagen Marriott. It is a very well located hotel. In less than 10 minutes walking, you are in all the major points of interest that Copenhagen has to... More

This is the second time I stayed at Marriott Copenhagen. First time was five years ago and that was a romantic weekend with my wife. This time it was just a stop over for a business meeting. Nothing have changed in the years and in my opinion the rooms are nice but not up to date. It's more like a... More

The hotel is very attractive, especially if you get a water view, and very clean. The problem was service. The check-in took a very long time, longer than I've experienced at other busy hotels, but the front desk staff was very pleasant (Gudren). In such a busy hotel, there was one person at the concierge desk, and he was often... More

I am afraid the only feature of this hotel which could be described as 5* is the pricing. For almost $A500 you get a small double with a small bathroom. Wifi is DKK150 = $A30 = £16+ for 24 hours. Parking is DKK270 = $A54 = £28 and it costs DKK95 = $A19 = £12 to launder a single shirt.... More

The hotel is located on the river front. The room is modern and airy, with huge windows, excellent view of the city and river. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast room was ok, but it was very busy with lots of kids, this is because the time I travelled. Check-in time was very long, lots of people waiting. The staff... More
