Stayed three nights on business in Copenhagen at the Imperial in Nov 2009. Got best rates of approximately $150night USD on 1800Hotels that included daily breakfast. The hotel is a large one near the city center. It was located near the offices of the company we were working with, but overall the location was very good for tourist activity also.... more

I stayed at the Imperial for 3 nights with 25 colleagues for a conference. Whilst it was clean and comfortable and in a good location, it was nothing special compared to a Hilton or a Scandic Crown for which we would have paid a similar price. The best bit about the bathroom was the heated floor - nice. However, the... more

Stayed for 6 nights. Great location. Train station right across the street. Just a couple of blocks to Central Station. Room faces back of building and was very quiet. Breakfast buffet is good but expensive if you eat healthy and have cerial and toast. Didn't know if it was included or not, but noticed no-one was being billed. At check-out... more

Stayed here just for one night. Try and get a room on the top floor - I was in 608 and the view is pretty good from the large balcony. Comfortable bed, nice seating area, mini bar, ironing board, trouser press, tea and coffee making facilities, and 2 bathrooms!! Apparently when the rooms were refurbished 2 smaller rooms were converted... more

Spent 3 nights at Hotel Imperial while in Copenhagen on business. This was my third trip to Copenhagen and have stayed in the past at Hotel Skt. Petri but decided to try a new hotel. We arrived at the hotel and were met by nobody. No bellman to help with luggage and had to make 2 trips into lobby to... more

I loved this hotel. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and professional. The location could not have been better. I was close to all the sights I wanted to see and the train station. the only odd thing was that the bath tub was very high off the ground. The first time I got out of it I almost smashed... more

The hotel has a great location and is within walking distance of Tivoli, storget shopping street and many other attractions. Apart from that the rooms and hotel facilities are very nice, clean and fully what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. I had a double room and the size is about what I would expect from a European... more

We booked this hotel for 4 nights during February 2007. We had booked an executive room through the hotel's website. When we went up to the room we discovered there was no "sofa" as described in the website, when I called reception to ask about that the lady didnt really have an answer. The room was very odd shaped and... more

Reading the reviews - I feel I have to write what I know - there is a reason the reviews are mixed. I have been staying at the Imperial for the last 4 years, and was there while they were going through a rather long period of extensive renovations. I must have stayed there at least 2 dozen times over... more

Asked for non smoking room with reservation - no problem to get. Very good location - appx. 400 m from Tivoli and Central Train Station. Had a single room with view to parking in the backyard. There is no nice view, but the rooms are quiet and very clean. WLan in the room is working very fast. Very good selection... more
