Good: friendly staff, modern and spacious rooms (they are a bit on the dark side, but that's not necessarily a bad thing), contemporary decor, clean, nice bathroom and shower, very central and 5 mins from, central station, Tivoli and the shopping districts, free Wifi, tea and coffee in the room. Bad: breakfast was WOEFULLY inadequate for the price you pay... More

- Great location, near the main station. There´s some good options to eat around the hotel. Five minutes walking to Tivoli and Hard Rock Copenhagen. - Cozy room and good breakfast. - Free wi-fi, but needs to improve it. - Safe in the room. - Good bathroom. - Helpful staff.

The Imperial seems to be my company's new go to hotel. This was the second time this year - the last time was in June - that I stayed at this hotel. This time was better. The last time I had a room down an insanely long hallway and next to the movie theater. My room vibrated just when I... More

Great location in the city center. Very close to subway station. Check in was good, but some struggled with English. Lobby bar is a great place to meet and chat. Restaurant was good, but everything is very expensive like all of Copenhagen. Rooms are comparable to most you will find in a Scandinavian hotel. Don't expect lavish and you won't... More

The hotel really exceeded my expectations as it not only is centrally located, but as it's a very short walk from Copenhagen Central Station getting from the airport to the hotel was simple and fast. The hotel itself has a wonderful staff who are helpful with any query or request. They go out of their way to help and that... More

We took a late flight from London to Copenhagen. We arrived to check in at the Imperial just after midnight. The guy on the desk was very apologetic but the hotel was overbooked and there was no room available for us (we had booked through lastminute.com). He said that he had a room at their partner hotel just round the... More

This is mostly a business hotel - it's right in the centre of Copenhagen, within walking distance of the Copenhagen Central Train Station, and also very conveniently located to do some shopping at the central commercial streets of Copenhagen. Rooms are not very big, but the quality of sleep is good. I got a room in the second floor and... More

Cons: rooms do not live up to description Rooms very dark Bed extremely soft, the so called double bed were two twins pushed together. Recently stayed at this hotel as part of a deal pending boarding a Cruise Liner. On arrival we were treated promptly and efficiently at the desk. Our room was at the end of a corridor and was modern, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was of a good standard with a good variety. This hotel is minutes from the main Rail station... More
