The restaurant shuts early, the beer selection is poor and the bartenders rude. Rooms are basic, a double bed is 2 singles pushed together and you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the next room. Shower facilities are small with no bathtub and the hot water is sporadic. Iron in the room was broken. Tv was not working properly. Breakfast... More

The hotel is perfectly situated close to Tivoli and the centre of Copenhagen. The staff very friendly and from the outside a quite nice hotel. Some rooms (single rooms) are quite small. The rooms are nicely decorated, however the furniture is not quite new anymore. The room I was in had a new carpet (or it seemed new) which was... More

It is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. I could do the check in much earlier, which was nice. Bicycle rental quick but expensive. The location of the hotel is great. I would definately stay in this hotel the next time.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and my friend for 7 days- we met for vacation between christmas and new years. It's about a 7 minute walk from the central station in copenhagen and right across the street from the vesterport train station. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere in the city from here and if... More

We stayed one night at Imperial. This was a Christmas gift to the Family. We travelled with DFDS Seaways from Oslo and stayed for the first time a night in Copenhagen instead of travelling back with the same ship to Oslo and only have some hours in Copenhagen. Now we spent the first day shopping in Strøget and the evening... More

We stayed here over new year. The hotel was great mainly due to the location. Right next to Vesterport station although we just walked up to central station to get to and from the airport which was easy enough. We walked to and from most places we visited during our stay and nothing was too far away. Rooms were fine,... More

I spent three nights at the Imperial. I forgot to empty the safe, I only realized it at the airport. I immediately called the hotel. They took care of everything and I got all my stuff (money, keys, IDs etc) back two working days later for a fair price. I was very relieved! I was also happy to have a... More

Great hotel, with walkingdistance to places you want to visit in Copenhagen. Great food, both for breakfast and lunch. Did not try the dinner, wich we ate at a pub (brewery) a five minute walk away. Good rooms and nice staff. A little to small conferenceroom, but the breakbuffet was great :) Only thing is that the elevators are really... More

Typically Scandinavian in so much as you don't get a great deal, no fancy room or gym facilities (as far as I could tell) but perfectly functional with a decent breakfast and centrally located. I'd happily stay there again as the staff were helpful although I wouldn't say I liked it enough to definitely stay there next time I'm in... More

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, it is close to everything. Albeit the rooms were quite small, they didnt disappoint - they were clean, cosy and very trendy. The staff att the reception was very friendly and proffessional, and they dealt with the one small complaint we had in a very sympathetic manner, which made the experiense so... More
