We booked this hotel for 3 nights at Christmas time. We were greeted by friendly English speaking staff who were very helpful. The hotel is very dated and in need of some TLC! Our double room was tiny and old fashioned. It didn't even have a kettle. The TV worked however and the beds were comfortable - beware you only... More

I have stayed at Nebo a few times, it is very close to the Central Station and quite cosy. Not all rooms have a private bathroom, I usually choose those that have. The rooms are small for two persons, but have everything - a chair, a table, tv and a safe. Good value for money, but the breakfast is not... More

My wife and I stayed here in January 2016 along with a group of friends as we travelled through Europe. We were looking for a reasonably cheap place to spend 2 nights in Copenhagen that was centrally located, and this place provided exactly that. Check in was quick and easy with a receptionist at the front desk who spoke English.... More

We stayed at the hotel Nebo due to its proximity to Copenhagen main train station (it is a 2 minute walk). When we arrived we were shown to our room and it smelled like smoke. We told the receptionist and she genuinely was surprised to hear this. We were allocated a new room immediately and we also received an upgrade... More

you get what you pay for, shared bathrooms and cheap beds, i liked it tough i wasn´t expecting any luxury since it is a low cost hotel. but it was nice our room was pretty big. beds are a little small i´m tall so my feet would stick out a little bit from the end of the bed.walls are paper... More

What can I say about the hotel Nebo????? Upon arriving in Jan 2016 we were greeted at the reception and given our room at the front of the building, room 104. As we entered we noticed we had twin beds and a very loud main road. So we inquired downstairs if it was possible to change the room for one... More

Budget acomodation but a Great location close to the central station and tivoli. We booked a budget room with shared bathroom and showers but we were impressed how clean it was in comparison with similar hotels we stayed in during the years. Also very good breakfast, basic choises but good and plenty. Great value for money would stay again.

I have spent two nights in Hotel Nebo however I would not recommend it if you have expectations towards quality. The location is great, proximity to the railway station is a big advantage however the room (at least our room with own bathroom) was small, and what is worse, it smelled. We opened the windows but it did not help.... More

The best thing about this place is how close to central station it is, but you definitely get what you pay for! My room was run-down and the walls were so thin that I woke up various times to the sounds of my neighbors' alarms (and one neighbor's snoring!!!). The toilet in the shared bathroom didn't have enough 'flush power'... More

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighborhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
