I found the hotel well located for the meetings that I had planned. The room was spacious, the breakfast was the usual good Scandic Standard, internet worked well and the staff friendly.. Not sure if I would take it as a holiday hotel though. Overall good for business and a weekend stay.

We booked at fairly short notice and as a result ended up with room on the top floor. Great view over the city roofs and spires. Room was functional rather than luxurious and there were dull thuds when the lift doors opened and shut. Breakfast gave plenty of choice, but at times seating capacity was stretched. The location is excellent... More

This is may favorite hotel in Copenhagen. Over the years we have stayed here at least 15 to 20 times. The location is excellent, only few steps from the shoppingstreet (Ströget) and the famous Tivoli. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the rooms are spacious and clean.

Chose this for location which is the biggest plus. Rooms are ok but not plush ...Good for a business traveller ... Walking from train station and at the heart of city Center .. Breakfast was nice and wifi is complimentary and decent speed

We got a good deal to stay at this hotel in January (hardly the peak of high season) however found the hotel to be everything you could want. It is in a good location, within walking distance to everything we needed and wanted to visit. Tivoli gardens (although closed) was just across the road and the sights of the city... More

We stayed in Copenhagen for 5 days and we were absolutely right to book this hotel! We had such a nice double room right under the roof! It was soooo lovely! There was a big, nice and clean bathroom in our room, too. The breakfast is delicious, there is everything you need. Staff is very nice and helpful. I would... More

My partner and I returned in December 2014 for a 3 night stay and the hotel was every bit as good as our last stay. We opted for an up grade for a extra £20 per night and it was worth it! Staff were great, pleasant and friendly. Room spotlessly clean, beds really comfortable and warm. Breakfast is now included... More

This hotel is centrally located. You can easily walk to the train station in 10 minutes to get a 10-15 minutes train to the airport. You can walk to Tivoli (the theme park) or you can walk the other way and see tons of shopping (cheap and expensive), indoor/outdoor pubs, restaurants, and more. Easy walk to the famous canal. The... The hotel is old but everything works well. The location is also superb. I love the free wifi that the hotel provided. The bathroom is also spacious and very clean. Staffs were very friendly. We chose to have breakfast outside the hotel and it was very convenient for us to do so. Many great F&B outlets near the hotel. We... More

This was my second time at The Palace. This time I booked in advance and offered myself an upgrade to a superior room. The room was located on the 4th floor and the room was really nice and big and so was the bathroom. In fear of repeating myself but the hotel has a perfect location close to everything you... More
