We're just back from a weekend in the Palace - we stayed there to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from Tivoli gardens in one direction, and shopping in the other. Although our room overlooked the square, noise wasn't a problem at all. The room had a balcony, but there... More

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights in mid September. We were concerned about the reviews which mentioned noise in the Square outside, so I contacted the hotel in advance and they gave us a room on the courtyard. We could hear no noise at all from the road there, the Radhus bells ring every 15 mins but these... More

Went there with my wife just staying for one night. We love Cph and the area around "Strøget" so it just cant get any better than living here at an old hotel renovated but in respect of the old interior and rooms. Romantic can blossom here, and the staff, bars, food where super. Will surely go here again some time

Located 5min from the main railway station. In the city centre, next to Stroget (main shopping street), about 10min walk from Nyhavn. The hotel has been revamped, the rooms were clean but sober. The breakfast was fine. The front office staff was not always welcoming and helpfull, depended on who was on duty. I had a room with "courtyard" view.... More

I stayed here in September 2014 and chose it based on location and price, which is quite reasonable for Denmark! Location was great, really close to the Kobenhaven H station, which gets you to and from the airport in 12 minutes, and close to main the City Hall, Museum, Tivoli and Nyhavn, as well as being not too far from... The Palace Hotel in Copenhagen is in the middle of a very beautiful city. We were able to walk almost everywhere. We walk to the Canal Boat ride; the Hop-on Hop-off bus and Tivoli Gardens. The pedestrian streets are full of activity. There are many restaurants and interesting characters along the way. It was pleasure to stay at such a... More

Stayed 3 nights post trip a cruise. Easy to get to from ships city centre transfer. Easy to get to airport. Cabs were $50 for 2. Directly across street from Tivoli Gardens. Double deck main bus stop is 2 1/2 blocks away. Lots of food and shopping. Staff was so much fun & helped us every step. Old church clock... More

Stayed at the palace hotel for 2 nights after a Baltic cruise. This is an historic hotel that has been refurbished. We had a 4th floor room on the courtyard which was very quiet. The room was quite spacious for Europe, comfortable bed and a new bathroom. The location was excellent for seeing the sights. We walked everywhere. Breakfast was... More

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for 4 nights. Given the price of hotels in Copenhagen, this one was reasonable -- by going directly to their site and joining their frequent travelers' program, we paid about $300 per night. The rate included a modest buffet breakfast. Neither the room nor the breakfast was wonderful. The price was comparable to... More

Perfect location, excellent staff; clean and a bit pricey. My friend in wheelchair could not get into the room for breakfast, but we coped by sitting in the bar and the staff was attentive and helped with the issue. Wonderful walking distance to a lot of things. We were here one night before a cruise and wish we had more... More
