Took my family for a mini break a while ago but just got round to the review. Nice place internally and good staff etc-nothing to fault really Except If you're from London you'll know that there are many "hip and cool" areas in London that are on the face of it just that but really could also be termed a... A friend and I planned a very quick visit to visit the Tivoli Gardens at night and needed a local hotel. Less than a five minute walk from Central Station - exit from the platform 12 end - the hotel is attractive, very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Another walk through the station was all that was needed to... More

I spent one night at the Andersen Boutique Hotel when I happened to be in Copenhagen on business. When I arrived in the evening, it was "wine hour" when the hotel serves a free glass of wine to hotel guests - this was a good start. The hotel is quite old, but has been renovated beautifully. The colours are bright,... More

We enjoyed our stay at Andersen hotel for our weekend getaway in Copenhagen! We arrived to the hotel earlier than check-in and they graciously accomodated us with an early check in, in a great room away from the street. The bed was so comfortable! I was a bit nervous since we normally like hard beds, but it was so comfortable,... More

I too booked the Anderson based on good Tripadvisor reviews, but having noted that people mentioned the small rooms I tried to upgrade a little to a Brilliant Deluxe room from a Cool Standard, even booking through their site so that I did not get any lesser cheap-web-booked room. It did not seem to help much. I had Rm 26... More

What a lovely hotel, the breakfast is to die for :-) It is in the red light district but that did not bother me and my husband, would not stay anywhere else in Copenhagen The staff are friendly and helpful and location near the station is perfect

We chose the Andersen hotel because it is very close to the railway station and also because it had mainly very good reviews on TripAdvisor. Otherwise the area is full of hotels - very different from my young days when it was a red-light district (I've been told ...).The interesting design attracted our attention as soon as we entered the... The Andersen is a nice hotel, centrally located and well within walking distance to the railway station, Tivoli and all other site seeing . The room we booked for 3 nights, was very compact but tastefully furnished and decorated, though could have done with some drawer space. Our room was situated to the rear - we slept with the window... More

The Andersen is a nice small hotel close to the main station of CPH, i.e. walking distance. The rooms are nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are tiny, it is impossible to take a shower and not wet the whole floor. The first night there was some kind of a charity party, which was nice, but as... More
