Great position..so close to Nyhavn (turn right) and the city (turn left). We had a superior double room - really worth it for the extra space. Reception staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Buffet breakfasts are good with a large selection. Computers available for use in lobby. Our stay here was very comfortable and enjoyable. more

I stayed at Hotel City for one night on the 30th of April in a "larger" single room on the first floor. A very conveniently located hotel on a quiet side-street, just 2-3 blocks from Kungens Nytorv and 1 block from the opera. Arriving from the airport with metro is easy and a very short walk from the metro-station. Check-in... more

Very good location to explore beautiful but expensive Copenhagen from, good connection with airport, good breakfast, staff OK. Room on the 4th floor was spacious and quiet but sparsely furnished, not enough lamps. Very small, clean looking bathroom opens up in the middle of one of the walls and you stumble onto the toilet bowel on the left, run into... more

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in nobember '08 with a friend, we were in a double room in the third floor. - The location is nice, close to the centre and beside Nyhavn. Excellent place for the summer period. in 5 minutes by foot you can reach Kongens Nytrov . - Receptionist were kind, well english speaking,... more

The hotel is best done by cab from the city. 25 euro, 50 aus 20 pounds. The hotel is old and needs updating big time. Breakfast was included which was nice and a free internet down stairs... more

Myself and wife stayed at this hotel in early Dec 2008 for three nights. We selected this hotel based on tripadvisor ratings, and the hotel deal we got at expedia. Overall we felt it was very expensive, though we dont have anything to complain. Our checkin, checkout were very smooth. The room was on the 5th floor facing the courtyard... more

Good basic hotel, a bit tired and in need of renovation. Reception check-in and check-out was quick and efficient, breakfast was adequate but nothing fancy. Rooms are a bit tired inside and would need an update. Strangely enough my room had a brand new Samsung flat screen TV but the rest of the room had a twin bed as this... more

The bar/ reception/ lobby area is very modern and elegant. There are two PC’s in the lobby area with a fast internet connection, freely available for the guests. On one of them, however, virus protection was outdated. The breakfast buffet was Ok; great selection of food, average quality. The room we had was clean, with a big TV and a... more
