This hotel was great value and just a quick walk to Norreport, perfect. The hotel staff were friendly and very kind, they spoke English for us silly people who couldn't say more than Hej or Tak. I would fully recommend this to anyone taking a city break. We stayed in an Extra Large Room and it was absolutely worth the... More

This hotel was recommended by friends, and it didn't disappoint. We had a room on the 6th floor, and the lift was being replaced, so quite a lot of stairs to climb! The lounge area has some comfortable couches, and a fire burning. There is a cosy hour from 5-6, with a free glass of wine. This could be improved... More

Really well located hotel just 5 mins walk from Norreport metro station. Comfy bed and makes for a decent nights sleep (although late at night Street noise a bit loud) and powerful shower ensures good start to the day. Rooms boast big flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi and are modern, clean and well furnished. Reception is open 24hrs a... More

We are lucky to have such a great location - in the middle of the city with everything Copenhagen offers outside the front door. Wide and clean room, the third bed for my daugther was a bit small. Good location near torvehallerne market and norreport metro, walking distance to the city centre. Friendly staff, my stay at ibsens was very confortably.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. To start off, the location of the hotel is excellent. It is 2 blocks away from Torvehallerne and 4 blocks away from Noerreport Station (one station away from Kongens Nytorv). The hotel itself is very nice and has many of the ammenities that you would need for a long trip. As a young backpacker, I would have rated this as... More

HOTEL We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in a medium room and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was a bit smaller than you might expect but did not hamper our stay at all, in fact we found it quite cosy. The bathroom is a wet room as already commented on in other reviews, however this was not a... More

We are very happy to read your lovely words! Thank you so much. You are right, our “Tiny” and “Small” rooms are quite small. The “Medium” room is large for one person, and not that large for 2 persons. If you want a large room, my advice is to book a “Large”, “Extra Large” or a “Junior Suite”. Please look... More

This is a typical three star hotel but it is located in a really handy area. You are beside a set of markets as well as the train and metro stations. You are also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Copenhagen and a 5 minute walk from the Botanic Gardens and Rosenborg Castle. The hotel itself is nice... More

Thank you so much for your review. We also think our location is the best. Right in the middle of local neighborhood, close to the central traffic hub Norreport Station. Next time we recommend that you explore our nearby neighborhood Norrebro also. It's situated right across the beautiful Dr. Louise’s bridge and It’s a local district with diversity, vintage shops,... it is a good thing that the hotel is close to the Norreport station and The Lakes, but room is quite small. And one time I had to ask again for new towels(housekeeper left without changing the towels). But nice and helpful staffs! (I traveled in October, 2014)

The hotel is a good option for tourists looking for a central location to visit Copenhagen. Overall, it is quite charming and clean; it has good common facilities and would be very well suited for a family trip. There are two good but pricey restaurants and a great, Nordic-themed breakfast buffet. On the downside, beds and particularly the bathrooms are... More

Thank you for reviewing us. We are glad you liked our hotel even if you wasn't fully satisfied. Regarding the restaurants, they are not pricey after Danish standards, but middle class. And regarding the bed size, we do have room and beds of 6 categories. At our website you can get an overview of the rooms and the beds. All... More

Staff very friendly and helpful. The only downsides were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and we had an adjoining room and the people next door were very noisy. Very close to the metro which is ideal for the airport.

Thank you so much for your nice review. Our staff is very concerned about doing the best for our guests and we are really proud of their approach to service. They are the reason why we can say: come as guest leave as family. We are at the moment considering to add tea/coffee facilities at all rooms. We are sorry... More
