The large room (extra booked the large one) was realy small but always clean. The service and the breakfast was fine. The hotel is realy near by the inner city and the public transport, that is a realy big advantage !

I stayed at Ibsens for three nights in a tiny room, which wasn't as tiny as I thought it might be and was perfectly adequate for a solo traveller for a few days. The room was very comfortable, and clean apart from the carpet which looked in need of a shampoo but otherwise spotless. I didn't hear even the tiniest... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in a "medium" sized room, which was fairly small. Despite it's size, the room was comfortable enough, although the 3/4 double bed did seem to get smaller night by night. The bathroom was clean with a wet room shower. The light in the bathroom was good for putting on makeup, something in my experience... More

The location of the hotel is quite central with metro, s-train and lots of bus nearby. It's 10min walking to the main shopping area and conveniently close to most sights. The room size and cleanliness level are ok (we didn't like the curtain in the shower...). The breakfast is good but could have greater variety. Staff friendliness is fifty fifty.

Nice hotel in a good central location. The metro is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and goes directly to the airport. You can easily walk to sights like the mermaid from the hotel. There is also a food hall and nice pub close by. Likes- very quirky, not your average clinical run of the mill hotel -... More

I thought this hotel was very good and I didn't have a problem with excessive noise on the 3rd floor. You could hear some noise from the street, but it's a city centre hotel. Very well located near Norreport Metro station which is only 13 minutes from the airport! I have to say, although we booked a 'Large' bedroom (size... More

Firstly, I would like to clarify this is a great hotel. I can't comment on the in house restaurant or the breakfast because I haven't opted for them, however the rooms have got some nice features to them (6th floor have painted wooden beams throughout), plus TV range was broad (we had the 3pm Saturday English Premier League kick off... Good location, within walking distance to the tourist centre. We booked a Family room (2+2), but the actual room was nothing like what was shown on the photos. Likes: - Location - Price (not cheap, but cheaper than similar hotels in the same part of the town) - Very nice bakery at the end of the bloc (forgot the name)... More

My second stay at the Ibsen's Hotel in Copenhagen. This time I had to stay a whole week on business. Rooms are small, but modern. No air condition. No minibar. No proper workspace for your Laptop. Also, there is no guest computer to use, so bring your own. No doubt that Ibsen's Hotel have the best beds in any Copenhagen... More

Ok there aren't any wardrobes but if you are only staying for a night or two this isn't a major issue! The hotel is very easy to get to just 5 minutes walk from Norreport Metro and 10 minutes from the city centre. Reception staff were very helpful and our room was comfortable and clean (not very large but we... More
