Perfect location, walking distance from the train coming from the airport. City center A short walk to the Botanic gardens. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. Rooms - very nice; The breakfast was great! The staff at the desk both in the evening and the next morning were so friendly and helpful. If you are a light... More

I'll get to the point! This hotel is close to public transport, restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable with large TV for World Cup. Friendly attractive staff. Unfortunately we kept drinking all of their Carlsberg! Will return 😃

For the cost, our stay at this hotel was not a good value. This was our second visit to Copenhagen and we wanted to stay in a different area than we stayed in last time just for variety. While it's in a great location, and the room was nice, we got a very uncomfortable night's sleep. Our room overlooked an... More

Family visit. Stayed in Junior Suite so were lucky to have a large room with huge bathroom (bath and shower) worth paying more for. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely breakfast - fresh bread, croissants etc, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, juice, smoothies... Lovely ambience. Great location just up road from Norreport metro and Torvehallerne food market - well worth a visit.... More

The hotel was average, but had a nice courtyard where you could have breakfast or just a coffee. The rooms were OK, but the bathrooms were tiny, and we asked to change the first room we were given, as you near enough had to sit on the toilet while taking a shower. We were able to keep the room until... More

Dear Vadur Thank you so much for your review. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. I don’t know how you got the impression that Ibsens Hotel is away from the main center. Ibsens Hotel is situated a 5 minute walk from Noerreport Station, which is the central traffic hub in Copenhagen and the pedestrian street starts. We charge... More

Nice hotel good sized room and great staff.Only negative was unable to make a cup of tea as no hot water jug or tea or coffee sachets. Would not stay at this hotel again due to this as we have travelled the world extensively and not come across this lack before No air conditioning could be a problem in hot... More

Nice hotel, good location, fair price. Recomendable for families. Close to the train and metro station. Room had enough space for us. Bikes for rent at a good price. I hope to come back. We didn't try the restaurant, but it seemed to be a very good place to eat.

Centrally located 10 min away from the center, the hotel is nice and our room with spacious with a little "office" space in a sort of alcove. Lot of light in the room even if we were overlooking the patio inside. Only one elevator which means that if you need to go pick up your suitcases in the cellar (only... More

Dear Saltmal First of all thank you for your nice review. We are glad that you had a good stay - besides minor flaws. Our cups may look like plastic, but they are not. They are made of an environmentally friendly material (corn) and they dissolves easily. However, you may like a glass more, and also we regularly debate if... More

We resided at the ISBENS Hotel, Vendersgade 23, Copenhagen on June 26-29, 2014. As anticipated, the rooms are very small for the price. The staff was very professional and kind, and provided assistance. Service was very good. Dr. Daniel Stabile, Falls Church, Va
