I stayed here for 4 days and have very little to complain. The staff were very helpful especially Mette, and very much "on the ball". Although there was a church bell going at times, this is Europe! and once the double glazed window was closed, one could hardly hear anything. This hotel is in an excellent location - only a few minutes walk from the city centre and across the road from Tivoli Gardens. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very dated but is perfectly clean, the only issue is that the rooms are very small. more

As all hotels in Copenhagen, it was rather expensive. For the price in UK I'd expect a big room with all mod cons, but I got a tiny room with not even a proper shower, only a wetroom that very much lived up to its name! Not often does one have to dry the toilet paper in any other city!... more
