We came as a couple to Hotel Opera on business and stayed for 6 nights. I ordered a Mini Vacation package on the hotel website containing a standard room with double bed. On arrival we were offered to upgrade to a superior. The room I had paid for turned out to be on the 5th floor (the SMALL) elevator goes... More

Very small but comfortable room: clean and quite. The weather was too cold outside when I was there but the temperature of the Hotel was very well adjusted and, I remember that happiness entering the hotel. The location of the Hotel was very central. I liked the pictures on the corridor walls and very nice paintings on the lift doors.

This hotel is in a great location. It's quiet and the breakfasts were adequate. But the hotel was old fashioned and the bedrooms were small and rather drab, and the beds were lumpy. This hotel needs upgraded!

This hotel is full of character, and couldn't be more centrally located. The staff are helpful, the wifi is how I like it - fast and free - and there are tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. I asked for a quiet room before I arrived, and was assigned a room at the top, which was great - nice... More

Tending to the quaint, this hotel is very close to Nyhavn and 8 stops on the metro from the airport. It's quiet and the staff were friendly and efficient. In the room I thought I'd landed in a scandi-noir as it was late and dark and finding and turning on the lights was challenging. But the room was comfortable though... More

Awesome location - quaint - but the bed!!! The "mattress" was a 1" foam mat laying on top of the box spring. I had traveled 8 hours with no sleep and then stayed awake all day - so I was going to sleep no matter what - but it was a very poor excuse for a bed. Very helpful staff... More

Very close to Nyhavn and central Copenhagen, and easy access to/from airport with metro. Comfortable hotel with quiet rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Great value for money. Hotel rents bikes to guests, which is quite convenient

My room was the size of a cupboard, dark with lighting hopelessly inadequate. The shower room was tiny so water got everywhere when having a shower but worse the pipes were really dirty. I suspect the bedroom too was dirty but hard to see in the gloom. Some of the plugs did not work, Furniture was completely inappropriate for such... More

The positives: - Excellent location with perfect metro connection to airport and really close to Nyhavn and Ströget. - Comfortable beds. - Clean. - The age of the building does have some charm - Wifi included and working well The negatives: - Worn down, poorly equipped rooms. We had water leakage. No hairdryer. - Breakfast average, at best. Poor selection... More

This small hotel is well located for walking or bus travel around the town center. Very helpful staff, nice breakfasts, but tight quarters in small rooms. Quiet surroundings in an unusually clean street (for central CPH.)
