We was there for one night. Thats enough! Location was good and central, that's good. Service was not good. Not serviceminded and not friendly. The room was old and very ugly bathroom. Chairs in the room was hard and not cofortable. They had many doors and steps before we came into our room and bad overview The breakfast was not... More

Copenhagen has been on the list of places to visit for a while so we booked a holiday through lowcostholidays.co.uk and found this place. We chose it for it's location and price as it was the most centrally located hotel at the best price. Nyhaven, Little Mermaid etc. were all within walking distance. The room was a little small and... A very traditional hotel with extremely courteous and pleasant staff. My room was small and a bit dated but clean. Great location for the central square (when construction is completed!) and the wonderful Nyhavn with all of its waterfront bars and restaurants. Connections by metro to the airport are very easy and nearby (within 100m). I would stay here again... More

The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from Stroget and Nyhavn but the hotel is average. The rooms are pretty basic, the wifi connection isn't great and there are no safes to keep your valuables. You can hear everything which is going on in the hall ways, people chatting and slamming their doors etc. Breakfast was a... More

Stayed here for one night. Location is perfect, staff were nice, everything else was just OLD and worn down. Rooms lack certain basics like a safe, inside lock, chain. Emergency exit map. Towels were small and bed was worn down. Breakfast was fine. I stayed in an Executive room.

This is a small friendly hotel that is full of character. Why travel to Copenhagen and stay in a hotel that merely replicates the shiny surface of every other international franchise operation? This hotel offers simple comfort and a fine breakfast (check out the daily range of fresh Danish baked breads) served in a classic wood-lined interior with red leather... More

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a British Airways package from London. The hotel is in a quiet location but very close to the metro, city center shops and bars and within easy striking distance of all major tourist attractions. Everyone speaks English, naturally. The breakfast was outstanding, the room although a little 'tired' was snug and... More

Stayed at the Hotel Opera for 4 nights at the beginning of November with my husband and elderly father. Overall we had a very enjoyalble stay in the hotel which is a great location, within walking distance of many sights, restaurants, busses, Metro etc. Very little noise. Rooms - we were staying in Executive Rooms, which were both very pleasant.... More

I was in Opera Hotel for five days and I like too much. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is great. There are a lot of restaurants, pubs, stores and main atractions of the Copenhagen very near. And I can go very easy and quicky to/from the airport (by metro) and Malmo (by bus).

This hotel was one of several recommended by the company I was visiting. It is a quaint and quiet hotel with comfortable furniture and firm beds. Breakfast is a European-style buffet. The bar is parlor-style. Internet service (WiFi) is provided with a free service option. I enjoyed my stay. I will choose the hotel again when I return to Copenhagen.
