Reasonable price and good location. Seems like it has not been renovated the last 50 years. Corridors can give you claustrophobia - some of the rooms too. Elevator is in fact for one person and his luggage.

Perfect location to see the sights of Copenhagen. Good breakfast and reasonably priced by copenhagens standard. No tea/coffee facilities in the standard room so having to pay a lot extra for a cuppa each day. Overall well recommended based predominantly on location.

when my favourite hotel in the next street is fully booked , I always end up at Opera hotel . first , because of location , second because for Denmark standards , it's cheap! i think that the prices are low because it hasn't been renovated since long and rooms are tiny (unless you book a superior double which is... Perfect location, in the city center! Rooms are small and very simple but again the location is the winner. I came only for one night and it's so comfortable that I can walk without any usage of metro or taxi to all of the great places of this nice city

Having read other reviews we weren't sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. Although the hotel rooms are rather tired ours was a reasonable size and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice, and not crowded but it was February so maybe not so busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the free wifi... More

Me & my boyfriend had not booked anywhere to stay when arriving in copenhagen so finding this on a friday night at 8pm was amazing! The reception staff was very helpful and polite. Room was quite small but then we were only sleeping in there so it was fine. Bed was lovely and comfy with thick single duvet each &... More

Location is perfect, staff wonderful, but hotel really needs renovation. Lobby is ok, but rooms are shabby, no proper light and furniture, carpet, even bed linnig worn out. I stayed in this hotel many times only because of location.

I never imagined that a hotel room (Double) could be this small, there was a desk, with a chair, but you couldn't sit on the chair as there because of the bed wasn't room enough, so I sat on the bed while working at the desk Toilet, shower, sink was altogether 1 sq m maybe 1,5, definitely not larger. Bed... More

had booked a junior suite and got this on arrival, but clearly not a non-smoking room as there in both hallway and room was a distinct odeur of smoke. We got the offer to switch to a normal non-smoking room, but the reason for booking a junior suite was to have room for our 10 year old daughter. So we... More

We stayed at this hotel as part of a 3 day package that we found on Travelzoo [Flights plus Hotel B&B for 3 nights]. The package was reasonable and we had not been to Copenhagen before! This hotel has a very good central location and is easy to reach from the airport by Metro [hotel in the street behind the... More
