We stayed on Grand Hotel Copenhagen on our weekend trip to Copenhagen, weekend before Christmas 2014. The rooms are small but good enough and are clean. The beds are comfy although they need a little bit upgrade. We did not spend a lot of time in our room except in the evening and to sleep. The best thing about this... More

The Hotel is well located in downtown Copenhague near The central railway Station, the building is nice but when you go inside everything changes, the hall, the rooms....everything need a deep refurbrishing. On The other hand free wifi and breakfast buffet are good. Extra charge for credit Card payment another don't. Conclusion, you can get better value for your money...

We really liked the hotel. The location is perfect, just next door to the station, and close to the Tivoli Gardens. Everyone on the Reception desk was so helpful and kind, and answered all our questions with efficiency and courtesy. Our room was quite spacious, one very small complaint was that we had specially asked for a bath, but the... More

Just returned from a 4 day trip to Copenhagen with my 21 year old daughter. We wanted a hotel that was close to most of the main sites and the Grand hotel certainly offers that. It's literally 5 minutes from the main central railway station and 5 minutes from Tivoli gardens. We paid around £85 per night for bed and... More

The outside of the hotel is grand but the rooms are bland. For me this hotel should either exhibit an old world charm or be modern. Unfortunately it is neither and is not cheap. The interior room decor has been modelled on a motel. My room was comparable to Travelodge. Great though if you need to get a train. Rating... More

Hotel was pretty much what I thought it would be. Only a couple of blocks from Central Train station and minutes walk to great shopping and stores. Rooms are small but comfortable. Different touch to have a separate water closet. Breakfast was very good, nice selections. I would recommend staying here, just don't expect the Ritz Carlton.

Apart from its highly convenient location, there is little charming about this place. The overall decor, ambiance, mood gives you a strict reminder that the hotel is a place to sleep for a few hours, and if you are looking for colourful lively enthusiastic rooms, then go to the nearby Tivoli. Highly practically organised with basic facilities for sleeping, toileting,... More

The Grand Hotel is less than 5 minutes from the station so its very handy if you take the train from the airport which is easy and cheap 36dnk (£3.60). A fixed fare taxi will set you back 250dnk (£25). The hotel has apparently been refurbished but it is a bit tired and spartan so it may have been grand... More

Stayed for two nights on business with friends and colleagues from the UK and Ireland. Chose the hotel because of its proximity to the centre and this was good. Really convenient for both the Central Station and Tivoli (Halloween week at Tivoli - great fun) Hotel though was just average. Room OK but overlooked the bins and these seemed to... More
