The service was great from check-in to check out. The staff couldn't do enough to help. We went for the Royal Club Room and the view was excellent, looking over Tivoli Gardens. Travelling round Scandinavia I find it increasingly difficult to find a hotel which meets the mark, especially smaller hotels. The Radisson formular has got it right for me. The hotel was very comfortable, very convenient to major sights in Copenhagen. Bathrooms were outstanding, everything very clean.
