great location, good club carlson status recognition (given a room on the upper floor with excellent views of Tivoli gardens, and free welcome fruit baskets and chocolates in the room), average hotel. I have to say I had expected a little better from the hotel itself, especially given the price tag. The room was size was ok, but there was... More

Stayed here for 3 nights from 12th to 15th April. Staff very helpful and friendly and speak perfect English - puts us Englanders to shame! We were given a lovely corner room on the 7th floor overlooking Tivoli Gardens. Had a wonderful view of the spectacular fireworks on Saturday night. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment but would highly... More

I stayed in Denmark for a week for work at the Marriott then did some travelling in Europe after which I had to return to Copenhagen for one night to take my international flight back home to Canada the next day. The company I work for booked me at the Raddison. I should've booked and stayed in Malmo, Sweden -... More

Paying the equivalent of $350.00 U.S. per night, one would expect more. Construction right outside the hotel was noisy and difficult to negotiate on foot or via taxi. Reservation staff should have made us aware of this issue. Faulty billing was brought to the attention of Service Manager Anna Tempte but she was difficult to reason with and refused to... More

A single room cost 4.500 DKK in January !! Tiny room with sofa single bed. Side board of sofa bed had bad smell of foot odour! Carpet was stained. Shower flooded entire bathroom floor. Breakfast service terrible. Table wiped with wet dirty cloth. Coffee did not arrive. This is not a design hotel. The refurbishing is a complete parody of... More

Based in city centre, large hotel catering for business travelers. No reception desk, but several flex desk type where reception is based....very conceptual thinking, but I don't like it. Room was large and clean, bathroom was spacious, shower perfect. Bed slept very nice. Breakfast selection was good, ridiculously overpriced at nearly eur 30. Reception area is huge, and lacking a... The Radisson is a hotel that is very Danish. The Arne Jacobsen design shows throughout. The rooms both look old and futuristic at the same time. We had a room facing Tivoli with a spectacular view, complete with free fireworks shows that we were able to sleep through. The staff is very nice and attentive. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.... More

This hotel has the perfect location. It is located just across the street from Tivoli. The Central station is within eyesight. Restaurants, Palads Cinema and Strøget are also very close. In essence, this hotel can be recommended if: You want everything within walking distance. Want a magnificent view (book a room at the upper floors) - you can even see... More

The hotel is pretty nice and well decorated, as you would assume. The location is great... one block from central station / right across the street from Tivoli park / a five minute walk from the main shopping district. My room was pretty small, perfect for one, a squeeze for two. The windows are old so some noise will filter... More

Our favourite hotel in Copenhagen. This time we had 2 interconnecting rooms on the top floor which works perfectly for a family with young kids. They had in fact got the booking wrong but the reception staff was very accommodating and everything was sorted out quickly. Great views from the breakfast room on the 20th floor. It can be a...
