We were upgraded to a business room, but that room had two beds. I was tired and annoyed - we were booked as Mr. and Mrs., really, 2 beds? So they downgraded us to a regular room with a queen. This hotel was a disgrace to me and definitely not a 5 star hotel. On opening the door to my business suite the room smelt odd almost sewerage like. Terrible experience all around. Not only is everything in the rooms extremely dated, but it's extremely dirty as well. There was no soap whatsoever in my bathroom when I checked in.
