Had a conference in this hotel, so therefore staid in this hotel even though I read the previous reviews. Indeed the hotel is a bit outdated. The rooms are small and do not have fresh air. For the same amount of money I have stayed in better hotels in Copenhagen. more

Wow. I was not expecting this from a Radisson hotel. I had to book this hotel for business purposes, the regular rooms were fully booked - so I had to pay extra for what they call a Family Room. After checking in (which also took a long time) I was assigned a family room on the 9th floor. When I... more

So here's the list of what's wrong with this hotel: 1) no air conditioning or heat--I'm not making this up, when I checked into my room with the bellman, and turned the knob on the wall, he told me that if I was hot, call down and they would bring a fan, if I were cold, they would bring a... more

We were upgraded to a business room, but that room had two beds. I was tired and annoyed - we were booked as Mr. and Mrs., really, 2 beds? So they downgraded us to a regular room with a queen. Actually, it was the exact same room, only no fancy coffee pot and no daily newspaper. Whatever - who cares?... more

This hotel was a disgrace to me and definitely not a 5 star hotel. On opening the door to my business suite the room smelt odd almost sewerage like. On wandering around the room you could see immediately that it was lacking. The bathroom needs a good clean there was mould between the tiles and a sanitary towel still left... more

Dear Guest Thank you very much for your feedback on your stay with us – it makes me sad to read that your stay with us did not lived up to your expectations and proved disappointing to you. Although your feedback makes the Hotel team a bit sad, especially considering your experience from the condition of the bathroom, I would...

I stayed over a couple of weeks in the summer when on business. I also stayed in the its cousin hotel the Royal and another the Kong Arthur. This one is certainly cheaper than the Royal (but cheap is relative in CPH), but is further from the centre - in fact rather a schlep. The hotel is a massive tower... more

Do not book this hotel. The recieption and restuarnts are nice looking and good, so dinner is a Yes. But the rooms are old, worn, smelly, and without ventilation. A/C is not installed. There is an thermostat, but it does not do anything. Shower and bath were dirty, and smelled. Carpet was worn out. The bed was bulky, and pillows... more

Compared to the other SAS Radisson properties in the region, the hotel was rather tired and in need of a makeover. Seemingly designed to process large numbers of cruise ship passengers, the hotel is non-descript with outdated rooms (too hot, shower and internet not working well), bleak hallways and scuffed up elevators. On the plus side, the fitness center is... more

Terrible experience all around. Not only is everything in the rooms extremely dated, but it's extremely dirty as well. There was no soap whatsoever in my bathroom when I checked in. When I called down for an iron, it was the smallest smurf-sized ironing board I have ever seen and the iron didn't even have a steam function. My towel... more

I stayed here a few times during business trips to Copenhagen because it was recommended and most of the client´s non-Danish staff stayed here. Personally I would not have returned. The place is quite expensive but not up to the standard of other Radissons. Rooms are small, have a 70s / worn feel and are clearly in need of an... more
