Nice and cosy hotel with character. Definitely something for you if you are looking something else than your "Scandic" or "Best Western" chain hotels. Location is very nice around the corner from Kongens Nytorv shopping and Nyhavn restaurants. Breakfast was also good. Hotel has a bit romantic hue to it so would recommend to couples.

we stayed for 2 nights before a cruise, and one more night after. the experience was great. the hotel is a neat old building which appears to be several buildings that have been connected. there is a very neat sitting area off of the lobby, with several rooms including a "library". there is an indoor atrium that appears to have... This is a great value hotel, and in an excellent location. Although it’s very well priced for Copenhagen it’s still very elegant and comfortable. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that. The best thing about the hotel has got to be its location. Right round the corner from the beautiful, amazing Nyhavn. Copenhagen is a fairly small... More

I stayed there for 3 nights. I paid more than its value but the location was great. At the back of Nyhavn (hub) for boat cruises, hop on hop off buses, restaurants, palace, shops & some other tourist spots. All in walking distance. Convenience store 50 meters away, Thai take away joint close by. Staff could undergo some training. They... More

Fist time in this hotel, but my collegues prefer it. Cosy ground floor with a library, where I could take a conference call without being disturbed. The service in the reception was ok. Had to pay separate for breakfast, so I didn't take it. The mineral water in the fridge in the room was actually not so expensive, which was... More

There are more than one tourist areas in Copenhagen, so depending on where you want to focus on can influence your choice. I like that this hotel was near the lovely port area, but it is quite far from some of the other tourist areas. The front desk staff was great at helping me figure out how to take the... More

We are glad to choose this hotel and it is close to everything we want to see in Copenhagen, Denmark. We had the family room that can accommodate 4 people. The room is not very large, but it was very clean and comfortable. We will stay again next time in Copenhagen.

The Neptun is located in the Nyhavn area, close to the harbor and is situated in a beautiful older building. I booked our double room on Expedia 3 months' prior to our trip. The room was the size of a walk in closet. The bed should have been a full or double and was actually a twin with a larger... More

This hotel is right around the corner from Nyhavn (the "new harbor" with all the boats) and just a few minutes from shopping. It is a wonderful location! AND they will rent you a bike for 150 denmark-kroners - DO THIS! Go in the morning at breakfast, pick up your key, and the bike is yours for the day. You... More

EVERYTHING in Copenhagen is expensive, but I really liked this hotel. The rooms very small and spartan but it had a quaint rooftop, delicious breakfast buffet and really good location. Nyhaven was just a block or two away which has the waterfront cafes and shops and such.
