Well located hotel near many tourist attractions. Helpful staff and great breakfast. Rooms are old but biggest drawback is free WiFi only available for one hour, after which you are charged else you need to use their pcs in lobby. Sorry one-hour not enough for me, and don't see why I should pay when unlimited WiFi available in all hotels... More

We had a compact room on the first floor facing the atrium. The room was small by US standards but Having stayed in other hotels in Europe the room was adequate. We arrived in Copenhagen at the end of a 3 week cruise, so we had a substantial amount of luggage. We were able to use the elevator to bring... More

Our compact room was very narrow facing internally on the atrium, the bed is very small and not comfortable, it was clean but needs a refurbishment. Staff of the hotel not really very professional, everything you have to pay nothing included in a 150 pounds per night room. I suggest to look for another hotel in the same area.

We found the hotel to be fine. Our room was large but a bit dark - air con a bit noisy so turned it off. Breakfast was good and ample seating. We visited the roof terrace - took our drinks from the ground floor or room. Bit disappointed no tea/coffee facilties in room but could access these from near reception.... More

The location is brilliant, breakfast is good, but the room is old with rather bad smell and very uncomfortable bad. Bathroom not very clean. We've stayed there only 3 nights and we were coming to the hotel just to sleep, considering the price via location it is good, but overall nothing special.

A great location near Nyhavn. The room was OK, though the aircon was just on / off - no temp control. WiFi was OK, but not great. No restaurant or bar, which is a bit disappointing for a hotel of its size.

I loved the location. The room was outdated and a bit small but comfortable. No air conditioning it was very hot in August. Great breakfast buffet, no coffee or tea in room. Roof top terrace but no bar, no room service. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed in two different parts of the hotel on our stay. The first two rooms were small but seemed clean and tidy, and fortunately, they were accessible via elevator. During the second part of our stay, we moved to a suite, which was quite attractive (just as pictured on the website). But the second bed in the suite is... More

To start with the good points; the hotel was in a great location, minutes from the canals, restaurants and bars. You could hire bikes from the hotel which was quick and easy, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a good choice. However, the room was very small, and the television placed in such away that you couldn't see... More

Pleasant room, with tiny television up in the corner. Staff were reasonably pleasant, without being friendly or particularly helpful. Distant would be the best word to describe them, which is not an asset for staff in the service industry! We bought three beers from the 'bar' (actually the reception desk) and they were all warm. On our final evening, we... More
