I have been in this hotel for just one night, 230 euro, not a cheap solution. Room are nice and clean, the shower is not acceptable for a 4 with just a movable curtain. The water pressure is not adequate, The location is excellent to visit the quayside channel area full of restaurant or to have a run on the... More

Excellent location and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was good. Our room was spacious and the shower was great. My only complaint was the “free” wifi; it was free for only one hour per day—silly and awkward.

Pro: Amazing location, easy to get to from airport by metro, amazing(but pricey) breakfasts, great common room, some staff members are nice and if you don't take the pricey breakfast, no cacess to coffee in the morning; internet is only available in the common room (no network in my room on 3rd floor -but I could steal wifi from the... Wonderfully located hotel, and well renovated a long (!!) time ago. Boathrooms are unacceptably small, as are the towels. We stayed for 5 consecutive days, and they never changed the bed sheets. Once in a corridor I glimpsed into a room where the cleaning woman was making a bed kneeling with her shoes on the bed. On weekends the orange... More

This hotel has a great location. The public areas are really nice and spacious. There is a good breakfast served each day and the staff are really attentive. In particular, Thomson and Nicholas the two night staff were great and could not have been more helpful. However, the rooms are probably in need of some refurbishment. Beds are very soft... More

I stayed here with 3 friends during the last weekend of August. We had booked a room with a bed and a sofa bed, so we were super happy to get a room with to separate rooms and a shared bathroom, and beds for all four of us. The hotel is quirky with narrow staircases and a nice courtyard with... More

We stayed at the Hotel Neptun in Copenhagen for the first part of our trip to a wonderful city. The hotel was very close to shopping, restaurants along Nyhavn, many attractions including the Palace where the royal family resides. The room rate was not extreme for Copenhagen and quite reasonable in comparison to other hotels in the same area. The... More

Well located hotel near many tourist attractions. Helpful staff and great breakfast. Rooms are old but biggest drawback is free WiFi only available for one hour, after which you are charged else you need to use their pcs in lobby. Sorry one-hour not enough for me, and don't see why I should pay when unlimited WiFi available in all hotels... More

We had a compact room on the first floor facing the atrium. The room was small by US standards but Having stayed in other hotels in Europe the room was adequate. We arrived in Copenhagen at the end of a 3 week cruise, so we had a substantial amount of luggage. We were able to use the elevator to bring... More

Our compact room was very narrow facing internally on the atrium, the bed is very small and not comfortable, it was clean but needs a refurbishment. Staff of the hotel not really very professional, everything you have to pay nothing included in a 150 pounds per night room. I suggest to look for another hotel in the same area.
