This hotel was great the room was very clean and staff very friendly the breakfast had lots of choice and tasted great but the thing that was the best was location we got everywhere in max of 20mins walk. Couldn't ask for anything more we would definitely return and recommend to others.

Hotel Neptune in Copenhagen is in a single word dated. Everything you would expect from say the 1970s - orange-ish lights that flicker on, purple wall paper with the seams showing, slight egg smell, dated bathroom with limited toiletries, in-room air conditioner, and those old-school pillows with clumps of foam in them. And they cap the free wifi at 1... More

Let's start with the good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, a cute little park on the street, a block from Nyhavn and an easy walk to everything. The breakfast was good, fresh squeezed OJ, bacon, eggs, sausage, assorted sliced meats and cheeses, plus coffee and tea offered free all day. My room was small but... More

The location of the hotel is excellent for Nyhavn and the old town, it would be impossible to be closer! Other plus points include really excellent stuff (both friendly and helpful). However we found the room to be dirty (especially the bathroom) and generally a bit disappointing. However the most irritating thing was the building work in the courtyard we... More

I stayed here for one night in October 2014 while on a business trip to Copenhagen. I guess the main plus point for Neptun is its location close to Nyhavn. It's just one block away from a wide selection of restaurants and bars - however the breadth of food on offer is pretty limited. But that's another story. My room... More

This was our fifth stay at Neptun. Chosen because of good location to Nyhavn and Strøket. The hotel was undergoing a renovation, typical for some hotels not to inform guests in advance about inconveniences when doing this type of work. I got a room on 5. floor (loft) and with only 2/3 space to move around because of pitched roof.... More

Booked this hotel after looking at the pictures on their web site. Impression was of an ultramodern, all grey black and silver, clean lines type of place, was quite looking forward to it. The reality is a little different, admittedly I did book a "Double Room (Small)" but it advertised a queen bed so couldn't be that bad. The hotel... More

We started the first leg of our euro trip here. Staff was great! I emailed prior to our stay to get directions from airport (train/metro). Perfect directions. Got an upgrade when we arrived. Staff was SO HELPFUL and SPOKE ENGLISH! Our room faced a lovely park. I loved that our windows opened onto the street. We also had 2 TVs,... More

one of those hotels that could be perfect in terms of location - city near and right at sight for everything. But the owners just want to get your money and deliver crap. The room i stayed in ( 403) was worn down to the max - the bathroom flooded after every shower taken and the bed has seen better... More

Great location, good rooms but i was awaken 6:50 am with people cutting steel and starting hotel´s facade repair just below my window.... Bad luck for sure but the repairs could have started somehow later...
