I stayed here as they gave a really good reduction for several nights in March. The room was small, but fine for one, and the facilities (fridge, hairdryer etc) were exactly as stated on the website, which also spells out the fact there is no daily cleaning. Which was OK; I can make my own bed. The sleazy bit is... More

We were travelling to many countries in one trip and Copenhagen is not the first country that I visited. During the trip, hotel send email to us about the door code and room no. However, we could not manage to check since we couldn't access internet all the time. When we arrived, there is no reception! My room is very... More

Hello Thank you so much for your review. I'm sorry to see that there must have been a lack of information before your stay with us or not sufficient information on the booking site. Omena hotels do not have a reception at the hotels, it's a self service hotel, and the passcode for the door and room number is sent... More

Its a centric hotel with no personal attending, no reception. The neighbourhood is a little shady, with street action as soon as it gets darker, however its not un-secure, and mostly residential area with a lot of hotels

Arriving at night and alone is not recommended. The door code is emailed to you and required to get into and around the hotel. The corridors are weird - crooked and uneven. Of course my room was as far as you could get from the elevator, and I had to enter the door code several times to get to the... More

Very basic Omena hotel, just what was expected. Door codes etc were working as promised and room was equipped with all the things mentioned in omena's web site. We stayed 2 nights (Fri-Sun) in March 2014. Hotel was very quiet, our room was on the 3rd floor, we didn't hear any disturbing noises from the street during the night. The... More

We stayed in CPH for one night and stayed at Omena Hotel. The location was spot on as the train station was just around the corner. We love these hotels where you don't have a physical key and codes are required; very convenient. The room is equipped with a kettle, microwave, tea, coffee, fridge and TV. The bed was very... More

Stayed here for five nights while visiting Copenhagen with my mother. The room was clean and equiped with a water-cooker, tea and coffee, cups, a tv, hair dryer etc. We booked a room for four people so we would have a bit more space (at the time of booking it was only a couple of euro's a night extra compared... Me and two friends stayed here for two nights in the beginning of summer. The hotel itself is clean, pretty modern and everything worked fine for us with our codes. As other's have mentioned, there's not reception so everything is paid for online and you get a front door and a room code texted and emailed to you. Our room... More

We didn't know what the Omena chain hotels were like until we stayed in this one in Copenhagen. Considerably cheaper that other downtown hotels, it's very conveniently located by the train station and the Tivoli garden, in a neighborhood that once used to be a red-light district but has in fact very elegant streets and buildings (and it's absolutely safe).... The location of the hotel within the city is pretty good (close to Central Station and a quick walk to the old section of the city). However, the street the hotel is on is rough and there are two gentleman's clubs on the small street. Our room faced the street and there was a lot of fighting and noise in... More

Dear Soozer, clearly your stay was marred by the highly irregular incident with a person having managed to get access to the entrance lobby area, and we can't apologize enough for this mishap. Once this was noticed, our security guards took immediate action to remove the individual, and we are truly sorry for having left you with an impression of... More
