This is our favorite apartment hotel whenever we travel back to DK. The receptionist are always extremely helpful, the location is amazing and the view always good. Perhaps the cleaning could sometimes be a little better, but this is the closets we come to a home away fro home

We stayed at Stay in the fall of 2013 when visiting Copenhagen, as we like the design of Hay. The trip didnt start out too well as we hadnt realized that the hotel is situated quite far from the city centre and shopping/restaurant districts, so we did a bit of walk during our stay. Its also a hassle if you... More

We just arrives to Copenhagen and we asket general informations to the girls at the reception... She took a map to indicate the tourism office and said "go here... It's their work..". Not very professional for a place like that. Very big "rooms/appartments" with a bad distribution. Designed to surprise and that's all... You can find a nice photo to... More

First the good. We had a two bedroom unit during a 5 night stay and the rooms including the bedrooms were huge. The furnishings are minimalistic and modern which is something I like so it suited me. The ability to cook in the room helps on cost savings and adds convenience. The bakery within the complex is great and the... More

First of all, let me say that in terms of fixtures and fittings, this accommodation is excellent. Thereafter, my review goes downhill I'm afraid. Why? Reception staff not friendly and unhelpful. Location - well, it's in the middle of a building site and a fair walk into the city centre (Tivoli gardens end - even further to the little mermaid).... More

I would have given this place a much more generous review had it not been for the noise of the site next door, which commenced construction around 7 am every morning! We stayed midweek, and as there is no aircon, windows had to be opened, which meant drilling from dawn. However rooms were modern, spacious, clean staff friendly and we... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in July/August 2014 in the "Copenhagen Loft" appartment. First off, this is not a conventional hotel, but more of an appartment complex with a reception desk; so don't expect classic hotel service in the sense of around the clock assistance. In the same vein, housekeeping is a bit sloppy, and the rooms tend to neglect... More

We stayed here for about a week in Copenhagen. The hotel is part of an apartment complex. Apartments are in the Danish minimalist style and unusually large by European standards. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment; one of them had the bed and living room; the other had the bed and dining table. It is entirely open; the second... More

It was very nice to be upgraded to a dramatic penthouse, with tons of room, floor to ceiling windows, and wrap around balcony. Good views in one direction, but in the other direction we were directly above a construction zone. With no a/c the construction noise was an issue, as were the flies. We never could figure out how to... More

Stayed 3 nights in July with my husband and 2 year old son, for a sightseeing trip of this lovely and child friendly city. We'd picked Stay as we really needed cooking facilities and space to hang out once tired toddler was snoring away the evening. Stay worked really well for this purpose and we were kindly given a 2...
